ذِكْرُ مَغْفِرَةِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا لِلْحَاكِمِ عَلَى حُكْمِهِ مَا دَامَ يَتَجَنَّبُ الْحَيْفَ وَالْمَيْلَ فِيهِ

ابن حبّان:٥٠٦٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الْقَاضِي مَا لَمْ يَجُرْ» *
