[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no marriage without a guardian (wali) and the authority (sultan), and the guardian (wali) is for the one who has no guardian (wali)."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ who said, "There is no marriage except with a guardian."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "There is no marriage without a guardian and the ruler is the guardian for the one who has no guardian."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no marriage without a guardian and the ruler is the guardian for those who have no guardian."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ

اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ، وَالسُّلطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لا وَلِيَّ لَهُ".

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ، فَإنْ تَشَاجَرُوا فَالسُّلطَانُ وَليُّ مَنْ لا وَليَّ لَهُ".

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَىْ عَدْلٍ، والسُّلطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لا وَلِيَّ لَهُ".

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍ، فَإنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ وَلِيٌّ فَاشْتَجَرُوا فَالسُّلطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لا وَلِيَّ لَهُ".
