[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no marriage except with the presence of a guardian and likewise."  

البيهقي:١٣٦١٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دَلَّوَيْهِ الدَّقَّاقُ ثنا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْأَزْهَرِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا زُهَيْرٌ ثنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَزْهَرِ وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ أَبِي الْأَزْهَرِ عَنْ عَمْرٍو وَتَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عَمْرٌو
