[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no marriage except with a guardian." This was also narrated by Abu Ishaq, and likewise.  

البيهقي:١٣٦٢٤ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ كَذَا قَالَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَزَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ عَنْ يُونُسَ وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَهُ عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ
