[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no marriage without a guardian, and it has been narrated from Yunus, from Abu Burdah himself."  

البيهقي:١٣٦٢٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ مُكْرَمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ الْقَاضِي بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بُرْدٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَقَدْ قِيلَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ نَفْسِهِ
