'Abdullah reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, "A believer is not a defamer nor a curser nor coarse nor obscene."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلاَ اللِّعَانِ وَلاَ الْفَاحِشِ وَلاَ الْبَذِي

'Abdullah reported that the Prophet ﷺ said. "The believer is neither a defamer nor a curser nor outrageous nor obscene."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلاَ اللِّعَانِ وَلاَ الْفَاحِشِ وَلاَ الْبَذِي

The Prophet ﷺ said: There is no marriage without the permission of a guardian. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Yunus also transmitted on the authority of Abu Burdah, and Isra'il narrated from Abu Ishaq on the authority of Abu Burdah.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ نِكَاحَ إِلاَّ بِوَلِيٍّ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The believer is not one who attacks others, nor one who curses, nor one who is obscene, nor one who is foul-mouthed."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ، وَلاَ اللَّعَّانِ، وَلاَ الْفَاحِشِ، وَلاَ الْبَذِيءِ».

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ who said, "There is no marriage except with a guardian."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ»

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ that he said: "There is no marriage without a guardian, and the ruler is the guardian of the one who has no guardian."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ وَالسُّلْطَانُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ

"The believer does not insult the honor of others, nor curse, nor commit Fahishah, nor is he foul." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1977)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِطَعَّانٍ وَلَا بِلَعَّانٍ وَلَا الْفَاحِشِ الْبَذِيءِ وَقَالَ ابْنُسَابِقٍ مَرَّةً بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلَا بِاللَّعَّانِ

"The believer does not insult the honor of others, nor curse, nor commit Fahishah, nor is he foul." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1977)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ لَيْسَ بِاللَّعَّانِ وَلَا الطَّعَّانِ وَلَا الْفَاحِشِ وَلَا الْبَذِيءِ

[AI] "The Prophet ﷺ said, 'No marriage is valid without the presence of a guardian.'"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no marriage without a guardian (wali) and the authority (sultan), and the guardian (wali) is for the one who has no guardian (wali)."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The believer does not use foul language, curse, behave indecently, or be obscene."

"There is another witness regarding this hadith from Ibrahim al-Nakha'i. It must be mentioned, even if its chain of transmission does not meet the conditions of the two Sheikhs."

Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in his summary.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلَا اللِّعَانِ وَلَا الْفَاحِشِ وَلَا الْبَذِيءِ» «وَلِلْحَدِيثِ شَاهِدٌ ثَانٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ لَا بُدَّ مِنْ ذِكْرِهِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ إِسْنَادُهُ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلَا اللِّعَانِ وَلَا الْبَذِيءِ وَلَا الْفَاحِشِ»

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلَا اللِّعَانِ وَلَا الْفَاحِشِ وَلَا الْبَذِيءِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَغْرَاءَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَارِثِ قَالَ نا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ قَالَ نا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمًا فَقَالَ هَذَا أَوْ نَحْوَهُ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِلَّا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلَا اللِّعَانِ وَلَا الْفَاحِشِ وَلَا الْبَذِيءِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ إِلَّا إِسْرَائِيلُ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ إِلَّا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَابِقٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A believer is not one who utters obscenities or curses or is vulgar or obscene." It is narrated from Alqamah from Abdullah from the Prophet ﷺ that he said something similar to this.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلَا اللَّعَّانِ وَلَا الْفَاحِشِ وَلَا الْبَذِيءِ

"The believer does not insult the honor of others, nor curse, nor commit Fahishah, nor is he foul." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1977)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلَا اللَّعَّانِ وَلَا الْفَاحِشِ الْبَذِئِ

"لَيسَ المؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ، وَلَا اللَّعَّان، وَلَا الْفَاحِشِ، وَلَا البذئ".

"ليسَ الْمؤمِنُ بِالطَّعانِ، وَلا اللَّعانِ، وَلا الْفاحِشِ، وَلا الْبَذِيِّ".

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ، وَالسُّلطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لا وَلِيَّ لَهُ".

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ، فَإنْ تَشَاجَرُوا فَالسُّلطَانُ وَليُّ مَنْ لا وَليَّ لَهُ".

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَىْ عَدْلٍ، والسُّلطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لا وَلِيَّ لَهُ".

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍ، فَإنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ وَلِيٌّ فَاشْتَجَرُوا فَالسُّلطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لا وَلِيَّ لَهُ".

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهدَىْ عَدْلٍ، فَإنْ تَشَاجَرُوا فَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لا وَلِيَّ لَهُ".
