the Messenger of Allah said: “There is no marriage except with a guardian.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ نِكَاحَ إِلاَّ بِوَلِيٍّ

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ that he said: "There is no marriage without a guardian, and the ruler is the guardian of the one who has no guardian."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ وَالسُّلْطَانُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The accused has the right of precedence with the right hand."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ أَوْلَى بِالْيَمِينِ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺعَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "My eyes sleep, but my heart does not sleep."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ تَنَامُ عَيْنِي وَلَا يَنَامُ قَلْبِي

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "My eyes sleep, but my heart does not sleep."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ تَنَامُ عَيْنِي وَلَا يَنَامُ قَلْبِي

Do not name grape as karm, for worthy of respect is a Muslim. (Using translation from Muslim 2247c)

أَنَّ النَّبيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ رَمَانَا بِاللَّيْلِ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا

عَنِ النَّبِيّ ﷺ قَال لاَ تَقُولُوا لِلْعِنَبِ الْكَرْمُ وَلكن الْحَبَلَةُ

أَنَّ النَّبيَّ ﷺ قَال لاَ يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قال لا تسموا العنب الكرم

عَنِ النَّبِي ﷺ قَالَ لا تصروا الإبل والغنم

عَنِ النَّبِي ﷺ قال تسموا باسمي ولا تكنوا بكنيتي

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لا تحصي فيحصى عليك

The Prophet ﷺ said: There is no marriage without the permission of a guardian. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Yunus also transmitted on the authority of Abu Burdah, and Isra'il narrated from Abu Ishaq on the authority of Abu Burdah. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2085)

النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ

"إِنَّا معاشِرَ الأنبياءِ تنامُ أعيُنُنا، ولا تنامُ قلوبُنا ".

"تَنَامُ عَيْنَاى، وَلَا يَنَامُ قَلْبى".

"لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ، وَالسُّلطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لا وَلِيَّ لَهُ".

"يَا عَائِشَةُ: إِنَّ عَيْنَىَّ تَنَامَانِ، وَلاَ يَنَامُ قَلبِي".
