عَنِ النَّبِيّ ﷺ قَال لاَ تَقُولُوا لِلْعِنَبِ الْكَرْمُ وَلكن الْحَبَلَةُ

Do not use the word karm (for wine) for worthy of respect is the heart of a believer.

Do not say al-karm (for the word vine) but say al-habala (that is grape).
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَقُولُوا الْكَرْمُ وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا الْحَبَلَةُ يَعْنِي الْعِنَبَ
This hadith has been reported by Alqama b. Wa'il on the authority of his father with a different chain of transmitters and with a slight variation of wording.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَقُولُوا الْكَرْمُ وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا الْعِنَبُ وَالْحَبَلَةُ
Call yourselves by my name, but do not use my KUNYAH (surname). Abu Dawud said : Abu Salih has transmitted it in a similar way from Abu Hurairah, and similar are the traditions of Abu Sufyan from Jabir, of Salim b. Abl al-Ja’d from Jabir, of Sulaiman al-Yashkuri from Jabir, and of Ibn al-Munkadir from Jabir and similar others and Anas b. Malik.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَسَمَّوْا بِاسْمِي وَلاَ تَكْتَنُوا بِكُنْيَتِي
"Abul Qasim ﷺ said: 'Call yourselves by my name but do not call yourselves by my Kunyah."
أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ تَسَمَّوْا بِاسْمِي وَلاَ تَكَنَّوْا بِكُنْيَتِي
"Call yourselves by my name but do not call yourselves by my Kunyah."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَسَمَّوْا بِاسْمِي وَلاَ تَكَنَّوْا بِكُنْيَتِي
[AI] "Allah's Messenger ﷺ said: 'Do not say 'generosity,' say 'grapes' or 'vines.'"
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تَقُولُوا الْكَرْمَ وَقُولُوا الْعِنَبَ أَوِ الْحَبَلَةَ
"Call yourselves by my name but do not call yourselves by my Kunyah." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3736)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «تَسَمَّوْا بِاسْمِي وَلَا تََكْتَنُوا بِكُنْيَتِي»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not say that only the vineyard wall is generous, for the true generosity is found in a Muslim man."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَقُولُوا لِحَائِطِ الْعِنَبِ الْكَرْمُ إِنَّمَا الْكَرْمُ الرَّجُلُ الْمُسْلِمُ»
I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. . . He then mentioned the tradition to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4492)
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺعَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ
[AI] "From the Prophet ﷺ : Be called by my name, and do not use my title (Kunya)."

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , address me by my name and do not use my nickname.

And whoever sees me in a dream then surely he has seen me for Satan cannot impersonate me. And whoever tells a lie against me (intentionally), then (surely) let him occupy his seat in Hell-fire." عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمَيِّ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَيْسَ مِنَ الْبِرِّ الصِّيَامُ فِي السَّفَرِ

عَن النَّبِيّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا
قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ من تسمى باسمي فلا يكتني بكنيتي فإني أَبُو القاسم
عَن النَّبِيّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ غَشَّنَا فليس منا
