Do not say al-karm (for the word vine) but say al-habala (that is grape).

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَقُولُوا الْكَرْمُ وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا الْحَبَلَةُ يَعْنِي الْعِنَبَ

This hadith has been reported by Alqama b. Wa'il on the authority of his father with a different chain of transmitters and with a slight variation of wording.  

مسلم:٢٢٤٨b – وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنَ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَقُولُوا الْكَرْمُ وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا الْعِنَبُ وَالْحَبَلَةُ  

darimi:2160 – ʿUthmān b. ʿUmar > Shuʿbah > Simāk > ʿAlqamah b. Wāʾil from his father

[Machine] "Allah's Messenger ﷺ said: 'Do not say 'generosity,' say 'grapes' or 'vines.'"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تَقُولُوا الْكَرْمُ وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا الْحَبَلَةُ أَوِ الْعِنَبُ»

الطبراني:١٨٣٠٨ – حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ ومُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَا ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا ثَنا شُعْبَةُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ أَنَّ سِمَاكَ بْنَ حَرْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَقُولُوا لِلْعِنَبِ الْكَرْمَ وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا الْحَبَلَةَ أَوِ الْحَبَلَ»
