[Machine] That a man gave a woman a sheep to use for charity, so the Prophet ﷺ ordered her to accept it.  

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً وَهَبَ لَهَا رَجُلٌ شَاةً تَصَدَّقَ بِهَا عَلَيْهَا «فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ تَقْبَلَهَا»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ came to me one day and prayed two units of prayer after Asr. I had not seen him pray them before, so I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what are these two units of prayer?" He said, "A delegation from the tribe of Banu Tamim came and I used to pray two units of prayer after Dhuhr, but I did not get the chance to pray them, so these are those two units."  

دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَوْمًا فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ وَلَمْ أَكُنْ أَرَاهُ يُصَلِّيهِمَا فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا هَاتَانِ الرَّكْعَتَانِ قَالَ «قَدِمَ وَفْدُ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ فَكُنْتُ أُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ فَلَمْ أَكُنْ صَلَّيْتُهُمَا فَهُمَا هَاتَانِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to prefer to travel on Thursdays.  

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَسْتَحِبُّ أَنْ يُسَافِرَ يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If one of you sees in his dream what he dislikes, let him blow to his left three times and seek refuge in Allah from what he has seen."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ فِي مَنَامِهِ مَا يَكْرَهُ فَلْيَنْفُثْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ ثَلَاثًا وَلْيَسْتَعِذْ مِمَّا رَأَى»  

[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi narrated from Malik that Bakr ibn Sahl narrated from Abdullah ibn Yusuf that Malik said, narrating from Abd Rabeh ibn Sa'id, who narrated from Abu Salama, who narrated from Umm Salama: She said, "Subay'ah al-Aslamiyyah gave birth after the death of her husband by half a month. Then, two men proposed to her, one of them being a young man and the other being an older man. She agreed to marry the young man. The older man said, 'You are not permissible (to me).' Her family was absent at the time, and he requested that when her family returned, they give him priority concerning her. So she came to the Prophet ﷺ and he said, 'You are permissible (to marry) whoever you wish.'"  

ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ وَلَدَتْ سُبَيْعَةُ الْأَسْلَمِيَّةُ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِنِصْفِ شَهْرٍ فَخَطَبَهَا رَجُلَانِ أَحَدُهُمَا شَابٌّ وَالْآخَرُ كَهْلٌ فَحَطَّتْ إِلَى الشَّابِّ فَقَالَ الْكَهْلُ لَمْ تَحِلَّ وَكَانَ أَهْلُهَا غُيَّبًا وَرَجَا إِذَا جَاءَ أَهْلُهَا أَنْ يُؤْثِرُوهُ بِهَا فَجَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «قَدْ حَلَلْتِ فَانْكِحِي مَنْ شِئْتِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform ablution, and some of his wives also from a single vessel.  

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَغْتَسِلُ وَبَعْضُ نِسَائِهِ مِنَ الْإِنَاءِ الْوَاحِدِ»  

[Machine] "Sobei'a gave birth half a month after the death of her husband."  

«أَنَّ سُبَيْعَةَ وَلَدَتْ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِنِصْفِ شَهْرٍ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever has an animal that he wants to slaughter, then when the crescent of Dhul Hijjah appears, he should not touch any of his hair or nails until it is slaughtered."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ ذِبْحٌ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَذْبَحُهُ فَإِذَا أَهَلَّ هِلَالُ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ فَلَا يَمَسَّ مِنْ شَعْرِهِ وَلَا مِنْ أَظْفَارِهِ شَيْئًا حَتَّى يُذْبَحَ»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Let her go, O Umm Salamah, for every nation has a celebration, and this is our celebration day."  

النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «دَعِيهَا يَا أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ فَإِنَّ لِكُلِّ قَوْمٍ عِيدًا وَهَذَا يَوْمُ عِيدِنَا»  

The Prophet ﷺ and I used to take a bath from a single pot while we were Junub. During the menses, he used to order me to put on an Izar (dress worn below the waist) and used to fondle me. While in Iʿtikaf, he used to bring his head near me and I would wash it while I used to be in my periods (menses). (Using translation from Bukhārī 299)  

«كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ»  

[Machine] "Indeed, the Prophet ﷺ used to deliver his sermons on a stump in the mosque. When the pulpit was constructed, the stump longed for the Prophet ﷺ and so he embraced it, and it became calm."  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ «يَخْطُبُ إِلَى جِذْعٍ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَلَمَّا صُنِعَ الْمِنْبَرُ حَنَّ الْجِذْعُ فَاعْتَنَقَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَسَكَنَ»  

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Between my house and the pulpit there is a garden of the gardens of Paradise." (Using translation from Bukhārī 1195)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا بَيْنَ بَيْتِي وَمِنْبَرِي رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to fast almost every month, except that he used to fast in the month of Sha'ban and connect it with Ramadan.  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ «لَا يَصُومُ شَهْرًا كَامِلًا إِلَّا أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَصُومُ شَعْبَانَ وَيَصِلُهُ بِرَمَضَانَ»  

[Machine] "Aisha and Umm Salamah said: The Prophet ﷺ would not fast for a whole month except for Ramadan, except that he used to join it with Shaban so it would be two consecutive months. He used to fast the entire month until we would say, 'He does not break his fast,' and he would break his fast until we would say, 'He does not fast.'"  

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتَا «مَا كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَصُومُ شَهْرًا سِوَى رَمَضَانَ إِلَّا شَعْبَانَ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ يَصِلُهُ بِرَمَضَانَ فَيَكُونُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ وَكَانَ يَصُومُ الشَّهْرَ حَتَّى نَقُولَ لَا يُفْطِرُ وَيُفْطِرُ حَتَّى نَقُولَ لَا يَصُومُ»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to fast in the months of Sha'ban and Ramadan.  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ «يَصُومُ شَعْبَانَ وَرَمَضَانَ»  

[Machine] She married another man, then she came to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and told him about it. He annulled her marriage to the man her father had married her to, and he married her to the man she wanted.  

أَنْ تَتَزَوَّجَ رَجُلًا آخَرَ فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَنَزَعَهَا مِنَ الرَّجُلِ الَّذِي زَوَّجَهَا أَبُوهَا وَزَوَّجَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِنَ الَّذِيِ أَرَادَتْ»  

[Machine] Sayyidah Umm Salamah asked the Prophet ﷺ about a woman who experiences nocturnal emissions. He asked, "Does she experience desire?" She replied, "Yes." He said, "Then let her perform ghusl (ritual bath)."  

أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَحْتَلِمُ فَقَالَ «تَجِدُ شَهْوَةً؟» قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ «فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ»  

[Machine] "I was with the Prophet ﷺ in his blanket when I got my menses, so I moved away from him. He asked, 'What happened to you?' meaning the menstruation. I replied, 'Yes.' So, I tied my clothes tightly around my menstruation and then returned and lay down with the Prophet ﷺ."  

كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي لِحَافِهِ فَحِضْتُ فَانْسَلَلْتُ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ «مَالَكِ أَنُفِسْتِ؟» يَعْنِي الْحَيْضَةَ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَتْ فَشَدَدْتُ عَلَيَّ ثِيَابَ حَيْضَتِي ثُمَّ رَجَعْتُ فَاضْطَجَعْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ  

[Machine] I have never seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ miss the Asr prayer except once. Some people came to him after Dhuhr prayer, and they engaged him until he forgot and did not pray anything after Dhuhr until he prayed Asr. After praying Asr, he entered my house and prayed two rak'ahs.  

«لَمْ أَرَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ صَلَّاهَا قَطُّ إِلَّا مَرَّةً وَجَاءَهُ نَاسٌ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ فَشَغَلُوهُ حَتَّى نَسِيَ فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ شَيْئًا حَتَّى صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ فَلَمَّا صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ دَخَلَ بَيْتِي فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "There is no harm in being good to your neighbor."  

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لَا قَلِيلَ مِنْ أَذَى الْجَارِ»  

[Machine] "That Subay'ah Al-Aslamiyyah passed away twenty nights after the death of her husband, and the Prophet ﷺ ordered her to get married."  

«أَنَّ سُبَيْعَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّةَ وَضَعَتْ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِعِشْرِينَ لَيْلَةً فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ تَزَوَّجَ»  

[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "There is no harm in using the hide of a dead animal if it is properly tanned."  

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا بَأْسَ بِمَسْكِ الْمَيْتَةِ إِذَا دُبِغَ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "He and his wife can perform ablution from the same vessel."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «اغْتَسَلَ هُوَ وَالْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to prefer traveling on Thursdays.  

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «يَسْتَحِبُّ يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ أَنْ يُسَافَرَ فِيهِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would not fast a full month except for Sha'ban, which he would connect it with Ramadan.  

«مَا صَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ شَهْرًا كَامِلًا إِلَّا شَعْبَانَ كَانَ يَصِلُهُ بِرَمَضَانَ»  

[Machine] Suwaya lost her husband and two men proposed to her. They asked her why she had not made a decision yet, so she mentioned this to the Prophet ﷺ who said, "You are now free to remarry, so marry whomever you please."  

وَضَعَتْ سُبَيْعَةُ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا فَخَطَبَهَا رَجُلَانِ فَقَالُوا لَمْ تَحِلَّ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «قَدْ أَحْلَلْتِ فَتَزَوَّجِي مَنْ شِئْتِ»  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "No servant is afflicted with a calamity and says, 'Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return. O Allah, I seek reward with You for my calamity and compensation in it, and make it better than before,' except that Allah will reward him for his calamity and compensate him with something better than it."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يُصَابُ بِمُصِيبَةٍ فَيَقُولُ إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ اللهُمَّ عِنْدَكَ أَحْتَسِبُ مُصِيبَتِي فَأْجُرْنِي فِيهَا وَاعْقُبْنِي مِنْهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا آجَرَهُ اللهُ فِي مُصِيبَتِهِ فَأَعْقَبَهُ اللهُ خَيْرًا مِنْهَا»  

'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) kissed (his wives) while fasting. (Using translation from Muslim 1106m)  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ «يُقَبِّلُهَا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ»  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "If there is a vice that I have been prohibited by my Lord from doing, and that He has entrusted me with after worshiping idols and consuming alcohol, it is lying with men."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنْ كَانَ لَفِي أَوَّلِ مَا نَهَانِي عَنْهُ رَبِّي وَعَهِدَ إِلَيَّ فِيهِ بَعْدَ عِبَادَةِ الْأَوْثَانِ وَشُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ مُلَاحَاةُ الرِّجَالِ  

[Machine] A woman entered upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was in the house of Umm Salamah. She said, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about a woman who sees in her dream what a man sees?" Umm Salamah interjected, saying, "Shame on you! You have exposed women!" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, Allah is not shy of the truth." Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If any of you sees such a dream, she should perform Ghusl (a ritual bath)."  

دَخَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ فِي بَيْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَرَأَيْتَ الْمَرْأَةَ تَرَى فِي مَنَامِهَا مَا يَرَى الرَّجُلُ قَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ تَبًّا لَكِ فَضَحْتِ النِّسَاءَ قَالَتْ إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَسْتَحِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ رَأَى ذَلِكَ مِنْكُنَّ فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ»  

[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, indeed Allah mentions men in everything and does not mention us." So Allah revealed the verse, "Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women..." until the end of the verse.  

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ اللهَ يَذْكُرُ الرِّجَالَ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلَا يَذْكُرُنَا فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ {إِنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ} الْآيَةَ إِلَى آخِرِهَا  

[Machine] I was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in a blanket, and I found what women usually find during their menstrual cycle. He said, "That is what has been prescribed for the daughters of Adam." So, I untied it and fixed myself, then I returned. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Come, enter with me in the blanket." So, she entered with him.  

كُنْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي لِحَافٍ فَوَجَدْتُ مَا تَجِدُ النِّسَاءُ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ قَالَ «ذَاكَ مَا كُتِبَ عَلَى بَنَاتِ آدَمَ» فَانْسَلَلْتُ فَأَصْلَحْتُ مِنْ شَأْنِي ثُمَّ رَجَعْتُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «تَعَالَيْ فَادْخُلِي مَعِي فِي اللِّحَافِ» قَالَتْ فَدَخَلْتُ مَعَهُ  

[Machine] "The husband of Subay'a bint al-Harith passed away, and a few days after his death, the Prophet ﷺ ordered her to marry."  

«تُوُفِّيَ زَوْجُ سُبَيْعَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ فَوَضَعَتْ بَعْدَ وَفَاتِهِ بِأَيَّامٍ فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ تَزَوَّجَ»  

[Machine] A woman came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "I am experiencing Istihadah (continuous bleeding outside the menstrual period)." He said, "That is not menstruation, rather it is a vein that a woman experiences for the length of time her normal menses would last, then she should perform ablution, wear a sanitary pad, and pray."  

جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي أُسْتَحَاضُ قَالَ «لَيْسَ ذَاكَ بِالْحَيْضِ إِنَّمَا هُوَ عِرْقٌ لِتَقْعُدِ الْمَرْأَةُ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِهَا ثُمَّ لِتَغْتَسِلْ ثُمَّ لِتَسْتَثْفِرْ بِثَوْبٍ وَتُصَلِّي»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Expel the Jews from the Arabian Peninsula."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَخْرِجُوا الْيَهُودَ مِنْ جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ advised before his death, he said, "Allah, Allah in the land of Egypt, for you will appear to them and they will be your support and allies in the way of Allah."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَوْصَى عِنْدَ وَفَاتِهِ فَقَالَ «اللهَ اللهَ فِي قِبْطِ مِصْرَ فَإِنَّكُمْ سَتَظْهَرُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَكُونُونَ لَكُمْ عِدَّةً وَأَعْوَانًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ»  

[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi narrated that Bakr ibn Sahl narrated from Abdullah ibn Yusuf, who said that Malik reported from Amr ibn Muslim al-Jundai, who reported from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, who reported from Umm Salamah, who said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah begin, whoever intends to offer a sacrifice should not cut his hair or trim his nails."  

ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ قَالَا ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ الْجُنْدَعِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا دَخَلَ الْعَشْرُ فَمَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُضَحِّيَ فَلَا يَأْخُذْ مِنْ شَعْرِهِ وَلَا مِنْ أَظْفَارِهِ»  

[Machine] The Mahdi was mentioned in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ , and he said, "He is from the offspring of Fatimah."  

ذُكِرَ الْمَهْدِيُّ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «مِنْ وَلَدِ فَاطِمَةَ ؓ»  

[Machine] Aisha and Umm Salamah reported that Safiyyah bint Huayy menstruated before the sacrifice. The Messenger of Allah - ﷺ - came to her while she was crying and said, "Did you hold back from us? Did you not perform the ritual bath on the day of sacrifice?" She replied, "Yes, I did." He said, "Then go and perform the ritual bath."  

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتَا حَاضَتْ صَفِيَّةُ بِنْتُ حُيَيٍّ قَبْلَ النَّحْرِ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهِيَ تَبْكِي فَقَالَ «أَحَابِسَتُنَا هِيَ هَلْ كُنْتِ أَفَضْتِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ؟» قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ «فَانْفِرِي»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ entered upon us and someone complained, so he said, "What is this?" We said, "We suspect him to be affected by the evil eye." He said, "Why don't you seek a remedy from the evil eye for him?"  

دَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَفُلَانٌ يَشْتَكِي فَقَالَ «مَا هَذَا؟» فَقُلْنَا نَتَّهِمُ لَهُ الْعَيْنَ فَقَالَ «أَلَا تَسْتَرْقُونَ لَهُ مِنَ الْعَيْنِ»  

[Machine] Umm Salamah, I mentioned the False Messiah (Antichrist) one night and I couldn't sleep. When morning came, I visited the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and narrated to him. He said, "Do not be afraid, for if he comes out while I am among you, Allah will protect you through me. And if he comes out after I die, Allah will protect you through the righteous people." Then he stood up and mentioned the Antichrist, saying, "There has been no Prophet except that he warned his nation about him, and I am warning you about him. Indeed, he is one-eyed, and Allah is not one-eyed. Indeed, the False Messiah's eye is like a floating grape."  

أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ ذَكَرْتُ الْمَسِيحَ الدَّجَّالَ لَيْلَةً فَلَمْ يَأْتِنِي النَّوْمُ فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحْتُ غَدَوْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَقَالَ «لَا تَفْعَلِي فَإِنَّهُ إِنْ يَخْرُجْ وَأَنَا فِيكُمْ يَكْفِكُمُ اللهُ بِي وَإِنْ يَخْرُجْ بَعْدَ أَنْ أَمُوتَ يَكْفِكُمُوهُ بِالصَّالِحِينَ» ثُمَّ قَامَ فَذَكَرَ الدَّجَّالَ فَقَالَ «مَا مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إِلَّا قَدْ حَذَّرَهُ أُمَّتَهُ وَأَنَا أُحَذِّرُكُمُوهُ إِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ وَإِنَّ اللهَ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ أَلَا إِنَّ الْمَسِيحَ الدَّجَّالَ كَأَنَّ عَيْنَهُ عِنَبَةٌ طَافِيَةٌ»  

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made me precede those who came from among the weak families on the night of Muzdalifah. I then stoned the Jamrah at night, and went back to Makkah and performed Fajr prayer there. Then, I returned to Mina."  

«قَدَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِيمَنْ قَدِمَ مِنْ ضَعَفَةِ أَهْلِهِ لَيْلَةَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ» قَالَتْ فَرَمَيْتُ الْجَمْرَةَ بِلَيْلٍ ثُمَّ مَضَيْتُ إِلَى مَكَّةَ فَصَلَّيْتُ بِهَا الصُّبْحَ ثُمَّ رَجَعْتُ إِلَى مِنًى  

[Machine] She said to the Prophet ﷺ, "I have not performed the Tawaf of leaving (farewell) yet." The Prophet ﷺ said to her, "When the people pray Fajr, perform Tawaf on your camel from behind the rows, then leave."  

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِنِّي لَمْ أَطُفْ طَوَافَ الْخُرُوجِ فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «إِذَا صَلَّى النَّاسُ الصُّبْحَ فَطُوفِي عَلَى بَعِيرِكِ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الصُّفُوفِ ثُمَّ اخْرُجِي»  

[Machine] Abu Hurayrah, Ibn 'Abbas, and Abu Salamah gathered together and discussed a matter that comes up after the death of a husband. Ibn 'Abbas said, "It is the last of the two options," and Abu Salamah said, "When she completes her 'iddah, she is free to marry." Abu Hurayrah said, "I am with the opinion of my nephew Ibn 'Abbas." So they sent Kuraib to Umm Salamah, and she mentioned the narration of Subay'ah that the Prophet ﷺ instructed her to get married.  

أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ وَابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبَا سَلَمَةَ اجْتَمَعُوا فَتَذَاكَرُوا الَّتِي تَضَعُ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ آخِرُ الْأَجَلَيْنِ وَقَالَ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ إِذَا وَضَعَتْ حَلَّتْ فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَا مَعَ ابْنُ أَخِي فَبَعَثُوا كُرَيْبًا إِلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَذَكَرَتْ حَدِيثَ سُبَيْعَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «أَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَزَوَّجَ»  

[Machine] Subay'ah bint al-Harith became pregnant after the death of her husband by a few days, and the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , ordered her to get married.  

وَضَعَتْ سُبَيْعَةُ بِنْتُ الْحَارِثِ حَمْلَهَا بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِأَيَّامٍ «وَأَمَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تَزَوَّجَ»  

[Machine] Fatimah was in a state of postpartum bleeding and she would cleanse herself from it by washing. She would then come out while still having a yellowish and reddish discharge. Umm Salamah, the wife of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , asked her for consultation. He said, "She should wait for the duration of her menses, during which she discontinues prayer and continues to cleanse herself with the exception of that. She may then pray." So I said to Sulayman bin Yasar, "Does her husband approach her during this period?" He replied, "We only say what we have heard."  

أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ اسْتُحِيضَتْ وَكَانَتْ تَغْتَسِلُ مِنَ الْمِرْكَنِ فَتَخْرُجُ وَهِيَ عَالِيَةُ الصُّفْرَةِ وَالْكُدْرَةِ فَاسْتَفْتَتْ لَهَا أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «تَنْتَظِرُ أَيَّامَ حَيْضِهَا فَتَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ فِيهَا وَتَغْتَسِلُ فِيمَا سِوَى ذَلِكَ وَتُصَلِّي» قَالَ أَيُّوبُ فَقُلْتُ لِسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ يَأْتِيهَا زَوْجُهَا؟ قَالَ «إِنَّمَا نَقُولُ مَا سَمِعْنَا»  

[Machine] That Fatimah came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: "I see blood." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered her to "perform Ghusl (ritual bath) and Wudu (ablution) for each prayer."  

أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي أَرَى الدَّمَ فَأَمَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ «تَغْتَسِلَ وَتَتَوَضَّأَ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ»  

"A woman asked the Prophet ﷺ: 'I suffer from Istihadah and I never become pure; should I stop praying?' He said: 'No. Stop praying for the number of days and nights that you used to menstruate, then perform Ghusl, wrap a cloth around yourself, and pray.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 354)  

سَأَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي أُسْتَحَاضُ فَلَا أَطْهُرُ أَفَأَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ؟ قَالَ «لَا وَلَكِنْ دَعِي قَدْرَ الْأَيَّامِ وَاللَّيَالِيَ الَّتِي كُنْتِ تَحِيضِينَ فِيهَا ثُمَّ اغْتَسِلِي وَاسْتَثْفِرِي بِثَوْبٍ وَصَلِّي»  

[Machine] "She mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ the beauty of certain women, so he said, 'They will be raised up a handspan.' I said, 'Then their forearms will be exposed?' He said, 'A cubit that they do not exceed.'"  

أَنَّهَا ذَكَرَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ ذُيُولَ النِّسَاءِ فَقَالَ «تُرْخِينَ شِبْرًا» قُلْتُ إِذَنْ تَنْكَشِفُ عَنْهُنَّ قَالَ «فَذِرَاعٌ لَا يَزِدْنَ عَلَيْهِ»  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "There will be a sinking (or destruction) after me in the east and a sinking (or destruction) in the west, and a sinking (or destruction) in the Arabian Peninsula." So, she (the listener) said, "O Messenger of Allah, will the righteous people be among them?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "When most of its people are evil (or wicked)."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «سَيَكُونُ بَعْدِي خَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ فِي جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ» فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ يُخْسَفُ بِالْأَرْضِ وَفِيهِمِ الصَّالِحُونَ؟ فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِهَا الْخَبَثَ»
