[Machine] I have never seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ miss the Asr prayer except once. Some people came to him after Dhuhr prayer, and they engaged him until he forgot and did not pray anything after Dhuhr until he prayed Asr. After praying Asr, he entered my house and prayed two rak'ahs.  

الطبراني:١٩٩٣١ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

«لَمْ أَرَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ صَلَّاهَا قَطُّ إِلَّا مَرَّةً وَجَاءَهُ نَاسٌ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ فَشَغَلُوهُ حَتَّى نَسِيَ فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ شَيْئًا حَتَّى صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ فَلَمَّا صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ دَخَلَ بَيْتِي فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ»

[Machine] Um Salama, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, said, "I have never seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying after Asr except once. Some people came to him after Dhuhr and they engaged him in something, so he did not pray anything after Dhuhr until he prayed Asr. Then, when he finished praying Asr, he entered my house and prayed two Rak'ahs."

"لم أر رسول الله ﷺ صلى بعد العصر قط، إلا مرة جاءه ناس بعد الظهر في شيء فلم يصل بعد الظهر شيئًا حتى صلى العصر، فلما صلى العصر دخل بيتي فركع ركعتين".
