[Machine] That Fatimah came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: "I see blood." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered her to "perform Ghusl (ritual bath) and Wudu (ablution) for each prayer."

أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي أَرَى الدَّمَ فَأَمَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ «تَغْتَسِلَ وَتَتَوَضَّأَ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ»
