31. Musnad of Women (3/26)
I started with the names of the daughters and wives of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ from the narrations of the women that have reached us.
I listed their names in alphabetical order. I began with the daughters of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his wives so that no one would precede them. Fatimah, the youngest daughter of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the one he loved the most, was listed first out of love for the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and her, as these are the daughters of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ .

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon Khadijah while she was in her illness in which she passed away. He said to her, "O Khadijah, I see something from you which I find unpleasant. Did you not know that Allah has married me to you in Paradise with Maryam bint Imran, and Kulthum the sister of Musa, and Asiya the wife of Pharaoh?" She said, "Indeed, Allah has done so, O Messenger of Allah." She said, "With comfort and children."
[Machine] "When Khadijah passed away, this greatly affected the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, to the point that he feared for himself so he married Aisha."
[Machine] "Khadijah was the first person to embrace Islam with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , followed by Ali ibn Abi Talib."

[Machine] Among them is Khadijah bint Khuwaylid, the daughter of Asad ibn Abdul Uzza ibn Qusay, and she was the first woman that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ married. She is the mother of his male and female children, except for Ibrahim, peace be upon him, who is from his lineage, as is Maria al-Qibtiyya.
1084 - Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Hadhrami narrated to us, narrated Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Numayr, who said: Yunus ibn Bukayr narrated from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: Khadijah bint Khuwaylid ibn Asad ibn Abdul Uzza ibn Qusay.

[Machine] "I returned to Mecca to purchase goods from its fragrance and its perfume. So, I sought refuge with Al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib, who was a merchant. I was with him when the sun rose, and as I was looking, a youth came and turned his gaze towards the sky, then he struck his forehead towards the Kaaba. Not long after, a young boy came and stood to his right. Before I knew it, a woman came and stood behind them. The youth proclaimed the takbir (saying Allahu Akbar) and they both followed suit. They performed the ruku' (bowing) and sujood (prostration). Al-Abbas said to me, 'O Abbas, something great is happening.' I asked, 'Do you know who the youth is?' He answered, 'No.' I asked, 'Do you know who the woman is?' Again, he answered, 'No.' He then said, 'This is Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abdul Muttalib, the son of my brother. Do you know who the woman is?' I replied, 'No.' He said, 'This is Khadijah bint Khuwaylid ibn Asad ibn Abdul Uzza, the chief among the women of Quraysh, the wife of my nephew. And this is Ali ibn Abi Talib, the son of my brother. He claims that his Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and has commanded him with this religion. By Allah, I do not know anyone on the face of the earth upon this religion except for these three.'"
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ drew four lines on the ground and said, "Do you know what this is?" They said, Allah and his Messenger know best. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best of women among the people of Jannah are: (1) Khadījah b. Khuwaylid, (2) Fatimah b. Muḥammad, (3) ‘Āsiyah b. Muzāḥim, the wife of Pharaoh, and (4) Maryam daughter of ‘Imran." (Using translation from Aḥmad 2668)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The noblest amongst the women of Paradise are Maryam bint Imran, then Fatimah bint Muhammad, then Khadijah, and then Asiyah, the wife of Pharaoh."
that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Sufficient for you among the women of mankind are Mariam bint 'Imran, Khadijah bint Khuwailid, Fatimah bint Muhammad and Asiyah the wife of Fir'awn." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3878)
I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: “The best women (of her time) was Maryam bint ‘Imran, and the best woman (of her time) is Khadeejah.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 640)
[Machine] "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'The best of its women are Maryam bint Imran and Khadijah bint Khuwaylid.'"
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about Khadijah bint Khuwaylid, and he said, "I saw her near a stream from the rivers of paradise, in a house made of reeds, with no distractions or labors."
[Machine] "While the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was sitting with Khadijah, Gabriel ﷺ came to him and said, 'O Muhammad, send my greetings to Khadijah and give her the glad tidings of a house in paradise made of hollow pearls, where there will be no noise or exhaustion.'"
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave glad tidings to Khadijah of a house in Paradise made of cane, where there is no noise or exhaustion.
[Machine] Abu Huraira and Abu Sa'id reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Give glad tidings to Khadijah of a house in Paradise made of reeds, without any noise or tiredness in it."
[Machine] Jibril, the Messenger of Allah, came and said, "This is Khadijah who has come to you with a vessel containing food, drink, and sustenance. When she comes to you, convey to her the greetings of peace from her Lord, and give her glad tidings of a house in Paradise made of reeds, with no noise or fatigue in it."
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ informed Khadijah of a house in heaven made of reeds, where there is no noise or exhaustion."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Gabriel said to me: 'Give glad tidings to Khadijah of a house in Paradise made of reeds, where there is no noise or fatigue.'"
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I was commanded to give glad tidings to Khadijah of a house in Paradise made of straw, where there is no clamor or weariness."
[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to mention Khadijah frequently, so I said, "Why do you mention Khadijah so much when Allah has replaced her with someone older, with sagging cheeks and who has already passed away?" This angered the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ greatly, and I had never seen him so angry before. He said, "Allah blessed me with her when no one else blessed you." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, forgive me as Allah has forgiven you. I swear by Allah that you will never hear me mention Khadijah again in a way that displeases you."
[Machine] "I have not been jealous of any woman as I have been of Khadijah. She died before the Prophet ﷺ married me by three years. Whenever he mentioned her, I would hear about her virtues. And indeed, her Lord commanded him to give her glad tidings of a house in Paradise made of reeds. And even though he slaughtered sheep, he would not forget to send gifts to Khadijah's friends with the meat."
[Machine] "I have never envied anyone as I have envied Khadijah for what I have heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioning her. She said: 'Allah commanded him to give her glad tidings of a house in Paradise made of reeds.'"
[Machine] "I have not envied any of the wives of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , as I have envied Khadijah for his mentioning of her."
[Machine] Hala, the daughter of Khwailid and the sister of Khadijah, sought permission from the Prophet ﷺ, so he compared her to the permission of Khadijah and felt comfortable with that. He said, "O Allah, Hala." I became jealous, and I have not been jealous of anyone as I have been of Khadijah. It added to my jealousy in his saying, "Due to her frequent mention, she married me three years after her death."
[Machine] "I have never been jealous of any woman as I have been jealous of Khadijah, and that was only because of the Prophet Muhammad's frequent mention of her."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to say, "Take it to so-and-so, as she was a close friend of Khadijah."
[Machine] Narrated Aisha: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to mention Khadijah and he did not feel tired of praising her and seeking forgiveness for her. So one day, I said to him: "Allah has replaced you with someone better than her." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ became angry and then the Verses about Aisha were revealed. He approached her and said: "How did you say that? By Allah, she believed in me when the people disbelieved in me, and she testified to my truthfulness when the people accused me of lying, and she bore me children when the people prevented me from them." So he stayed away from me for a month.
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ would always speak highly of Khadijah, so I asked him, "What do you remember about her when Allah has replaced her with someone better?" He replied, "Allah has not replaced her with someone better. She believed in me when the people rejected me, she supported me with her wealth when the people denied me, and Allah blessed me with children through her when He did not bless me through anyone else."
[Machine] A woman entered upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was brought food and he started eating from it and placing it in front of her. So I said, "O Messenger of Allah, do not cover your hands." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, this used to come to us during the days of Khadijah, and indeed, honoring the covenant or taking care of the covenant is part of faith." When he mentioned Khadijah, he took hold of me with the same grip that women take when they are jealous, so I said, "O Messenger of Allah, indeed Allah has replaced you with one better than her in age and beauty." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ became angry and said, "What is my fault if Allah has granted her the child and has not granted you?" I said, "By the One who sent you with the truth, I will not mention her after this except in a good way."

[Machine] "That Gabriel was with the Prophet ﷺ when Khadijah came, and the Prophet ﷺ said, 'O Gabriel! This is Khadijah.' And Gabriel ﷺ said, 'Read her the greetings of peace from Allah and from me.'"
[Machine] Jibril came to the Prophet ﷺ while he was in Hira, and said, "This is Khadijah who has brought a dish of food in her hand. Tell her that Allah greets her with peace." She replied, "He is the peace and from Him comes peace, and peace be upon Jibril."

[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ said to Khadijah, 'I hear a voice and I see a light, and I fear that I may be possessed.' Khadijah said, 'Allah would never do that to you, O son of Abdullah.' Then she went to Waraqah bin Nawfal and mentioned this to him. He said, 'If he is truthful, then this is the same angel that came to Moses. If I am alive when he is sent as a prophet, I will support him and help him.'"

[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, where are my children in relation to you?" He said, "In Paradise." I said, "Even though they have not done any deeds?" He said, "Allah knows best what they were doing." I said, "Where are my children before you?" He said, "In Hell." I said, "Even though they have not done any deeds?" He said, "Certainly, Allah knows best what they were doing."
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ married Aisha when she was six years old and consummated the marriage when she was nine years old. He played with her while she was a child, and she passed away when she was eighteen years old."

[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, each of your wives has a kunya except for me." He said, "Then you are Umm Abdullah."
