I was informed that the Prophet ﷺ had said to Muʿadh, "Whosoever will meet Allah without associating anything in worship with Him will go to Paradise." Muʿadh asked the Prophet, "Should I not inform the people of this good news?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "No, I am afraid, lest they should depend upon it (absolutely).

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِمُعَاذٍ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ أَلاَ أُبَشِّرُ النَّاسَ قَالَ لاَ إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ يَتَّكِلُوا

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Someone came to me from my Lord and gave me the news (or good tidings) that if any of my followers dies worshipping none (in any way) along with Allah, he will enter Paradise." I asked, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft?" He replied, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَتَانِي آتٍ مِنْ رَبِّي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَوْ قَالَ بَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Anyone who dies worshipping others along with Allah will definitely enter the Fire." I said, "Anyone who dies worshipping none along with Allah will definitely enter Paradise."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ وَقُلْتُ أَنَا مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Gabriel said to me, 'Whoever amongst your followers die without having worshipped others besides Allah, will enter Paradise (or will not enter the (Hell) Fire)." The Prophet ﷺ asked. "Even if he has committed illegal sexual intercourse or theft?" He replied, "Even then."

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ قَالَ لِي جِبْرِيلُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلِ النَّارَ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ وَإِنْ

The Prophet ﷺ said, Gabriel came to me and gave me the glad tidings that anyone who died without worshipping anything besides Allah, would enter Paradise. I asked (Gabriel), 'Even if he committed theft, and even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse?' He said, '(Yes), even if he committed theft, and even if he Committed illegal sexual intercourse."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ سَرَقَ وَإِنْ زَنَى قَالَ وَإِنْ سَرَقَ وَإِنْ زَنَى

It is narrated on the authority of 'Uthman that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said. He who died knowing (fully well) that there is no god but Allah entered Paradise.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: He who dies associating anything with Allah would enter the Fire (of Hell). 'Abdullah b. Mas'ud said: I say that he who died without associating anything with Allah entered Paradise.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَقَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ وَقُلْتُ أَنَا وَمَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

Messenger of Allah, what are the two things quite unavoidable? He replied: He who dies without associating anyone with Allah would (necessarily) enter Paradise and he who dies associating anything with Allah would enter the (Fire of) Hell.

أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا الْمُوجِبَتَانِ فَقَالَ مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: He who met Allah without associating anything with Allah entered Paradise and he who met Him associating (anything) with Him entered Fire.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَنْ لَقِيَهُ يُشْرِكُ بِهِ دَخَلَ النَّارِ قَالَ أَبُو أَيُّوبَ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

Gabriel came to me and gave me the tidings: Verily he who died amongst your Ummah without associating anything with Allah would enter Paradise. I (the narrator) said: Even if he committed adultery and theft. He (the Holy Prophet) said: (Yes), even if he committed adultery and theft.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Jibril came to me and gave me glad tidings, that whoever dies without associating anything with Allah, then he will enter Paradise. I said: "Even if he commits adultery and theft?" He said: "Yes."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ نَعَمْ

“Whoever meets Allah (SWT) not associating anything in worship with him, and not having shed any blood unlawfully, will enter Paradise.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا لَمْ يَتَنَدَّ بِدَمٍ حَرَامٍ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

“Whoever dies knowing that there is no god but Allah will enter Paradise.”

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ مَاتَ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

“Whoever dies knowing that there is no God but Allah will enter Paradise.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

[AI] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said one thing, and I said something else. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." I said, "What about someone who dies while associating something with Allah?" The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "That person will enter Hellfire."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَلِمَةً وَقُلْتُ أُخْرَى قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ وَقُلْتُ أَنَا مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said one word and I said another. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." I said, "And whoever dies while associating partners with Allah will enter Hellfire."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَلِمَةً وَقُلْتُ أُخْرَى قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ وَقُلْتُ مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allahﷺ said one word and I said another. The Messenger of Allahﷺ said, "Whoever dies while associating anything with Allah will enter the Fire." And I said, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَلِمَةً وَقُلْتُ أُخْرَى قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ وَقُلْتُ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

[AI] "The Prophet ﷺ said to Mu'adh, 'Whoever meets Allah without associating partners with Him will enter Paradise.' Mu'adh said, 'O Prophet of Allah, shall I not give glad tidings to the people?' The Prophet ﷺ replied, 'No, for I fear that they may rely on it (and become complacent) or as he said.'"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِمُعَاذٍ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ أَفَلَا أُبَشِّرُ النَّاسَ؟ قَالَ لَا إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ يَتَّكِلُوا عَلَيْهَا أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said to Mu'adh bin Jabal, "Whoever meets Allah without associating anything with Him shall enter Paradise."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِمُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever meets Allah without associating anything with Him will enter Paradise, and whoever dies while associating partners with Him will enter the Fire."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِهِ دَخَلَ النَّارَ

[AI] The Messenger ﷺ said, "The two actions that guarantee entry into Paradise are to meet Allah without associating partners with Him, and to meet Allah while associating partners with Him guarantees entry into the Hellfire."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْمُوجِبَتَانِ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ ﷻ وَلَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ ﷻ وَهُوَ يُشْرِكٌ دَخَلَ النَّارَ

[AI] The translation of the passage is: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Whoever meets Allah without associating anything with Him will enter Paradise, and whoever meets Allah associating partners with Him will enter the Fire.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ ﷻ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ يُشْرِكُ بِهِ دَخَلَ النَّارَ

“Whoever meets Allah (SWT) not associating anything in worship with him, and not having shed any blood unlawfully, will enter Paradise.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2618)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ ﷻ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا لَمْ يَتَنَدَّ بِدَمٍ حَرَامٍ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

[AI] "And he was one of the companions of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , who said, the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, 'Whoever meets Allah without associating anything with Him shall enter Paradise, even if he has committed adultery or theft'."

وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الرَّسُولِ ﷺ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

[AI] "About the Prophet ﷺ, he said: I heard him say that a caller came to me from my Lord and gave me glad tidings that the Mahdi is coming. Indeed, whoever dies from my Ummah (Muslim community) without associating partners with Allah will enter Paradise. I asked: What if he committed adultery or theft? He replied: Even if he committed adultery or theft."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ أَتَانِي آتٍ مِنْ رَبِّي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَوْ قَالَ فَبَشَّرَنِي شَكَّ مَهْدِيٌّ أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْسَرَقَ؟ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

Gabriel came to me and gave me the tidings: Verily he who died amongst your Ummah without associating anything with Allah would enter Paradise. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ بَشَّرَنِي جِبْرِيلُ أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

[AI] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, "O Mu'adh, whoever dies while not associating anything with Allah, shall enter Paradise."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ يَا مُعَاذُ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Whoever dies while not associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." And Hammad said: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said to Mu'adh"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَقَدْ قَالَ حَمَّادٌ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِمُعَاذٍ

[AI] On the authority of Salamah bin Nuaim, who was one of the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever meets Allah without associating anything with Him will enter Paradise, even if he committed adultery or theft."

عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الرَّسُولِ ﷺ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: The tale-bearer shall not enter Paradise. (Using translation from Muslim 105a)

َقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ نَمَّامٌ

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: The tale-bearer shall not enter Paradise. (Using translation from Muslim 105a)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ نَمَّامٌ

I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "A tale-bearer will not enter Jannah." (Using translation from Bukhārī 6056)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ قَتَّاتٌ

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: The tale-bearer shall not enter Paradise. (Using translation from Muslim 105a)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ نَمَّامٌ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Whoever from my Ummah dies without associating anything with Allah, will enter Paradise, except for whom my companion Abi Darda dislikes."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا أَنَّ فِيهِ وَإِنْ رَغِمَ أَنْفُ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever meets Allah without associating anything with Him and without shedding forbidden blood, will enter Paradise from any of its doors he wishes." It has been narrated from Isma'il, from Qays ibn Abi Hazim, from Jarir.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَلَمْ يَتَنَدَّ بِدَمٍ حَرَامٍ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أَيِّ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ شَاءَ» وَقَدْ قِيلَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ جَرِيرٍصحيح

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me and said, "Call upon the people, whoever says, 'There is no deity except Allah', will enter Paradise."

بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «نَادِ فِي النَّاسِ مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ»

[AI] The messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever says, 'There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah,' will enter Paradise." So I asked, "Even if he commits adultery or steals?" He replied, "Even if he commits adultery or steals."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ» فَقُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ «وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ»

“Whoever dies knowing that there is no god but Allah will enter Paradise.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 464)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ مَاتَ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ»

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Jibril came to me and gave me glad tidings, that whoever dies without associating anything with Allah, then he will enter Paradise. I said: "Even if he commits adultery and theft?" He said: "Yes." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2644)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ»

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: One who wrongfully takes an extra tax (sahib maks) will not enter Paradise. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2937)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ قَاطِعٌ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ»

“Whoever dies knowing that there is no God but Allah will enter Paradise.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 498)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever is taught to utter the Shahada (testimony of faith) before death enters Paradise."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ لُقِّنَ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ شَهَادَةَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ»

[AI] When Mu'adh bin Jabal arrived, he said, "Raise the dome covering my body, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever dies while worshipping Allah alone, without associating any partners with Him, will enter Paradise.'"

لَمَّا حُضِرَ مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٍ قَالَ ارْفَعُوا عَنِّي سُجُفَ الْقُبَّةِ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ مَاتَ يَعْبُدُ اللهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Messenger of Allah, should I not give the people the glad tidings?" He said, "I fear that they may rely on it [i.e., on entering Paradise without doing good deeds]."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ» فَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَفَلَا أُبَشِّرُ النَّاسَ؟ قَالَ «أَخَافُ أَنْ يَتَّكِلُوا»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Mu'adh!" I said, "Here I am at your service." He said, "Give glad tidings to the people that whoever says 'There is no god but Allah' will enter Paradise."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَا مُعَاذُ» قُلْتُ لَبَّيْكَ قَالَ بَشِّرِ النَّاسَ أَنَّهُ مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ
