Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Anyone who dies worshipping others along with Allah will definitely enter the Fire." I said, "Anyone who dies worshipping none along with Allah will definitely enter Paradise."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ وَقُلْتُ أَنَا مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Gabriel said to me, 'Whoever amongst your followers die without having worshipped others besides Allah, will enter Paradise (or will not enter the (Hell) Fire)." The Prophet ﷺ asked. "Even if he has committed illegal sexual intercourse or theft?" He replied, "Even then."

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ قَالَ لِي جِبْرِيلُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلِ النَّارَ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ وَإِنْ

The Prophet ﷺ said, Gabriel came to me and gave me the glad tidings that anyone who died without worshipping anything besides Allah, would enter Paradise. I asked (Gabriel), 'Even if he committed theft, and even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse?' He said, '(Yes), even if he committed theft, and even if he Committed illegal sexual intercourse."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ سَرَقَ وَإِنْ زَنَى قَالَ وَإِنْ سَرَقَ وَإِنْ زَنَى

Gabriel came to me and gave me the tidings: Verily he who died amongst your Ummah without associating anything with Allah would enter Paradise. I (the narrator) said: Even if he committed adultery and theft. He (the Holy Prophet) said: (Yes), even if he committed adultery and theft.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Jibril came to me and gave me glad tidings, that whoever dies without associating anything with Allah, then he will enter Paradise. I said: "Even if he commits adultery and theft?" He said: "Yes."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ نَعَمْ

[AI] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said one thing, and I said something else. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." I said, "What about someone who dies while associating something with Allah?" The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "That person will enter Hellfire."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَلِمَةً وَقُلْتُ أُخْرَى قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ وَقُلْتُ أَنَا مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said one word and I said another. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." I said, "And whoever dies while associating partners with Allah will enter Hellfire."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَلِمَةً وَقُلْتُ أُخْرَى قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ وَقُلْتُ مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allahﷺ said one word and I said another. The Messenger of Allahﷺ said, "Whoever dies while associating anything with Allah will enter the Fire." And I said, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَلِمَةً وَقُلْتُ أُخْرَى قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ وَقُلْتُ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

Messenger of Allah, what are the two things quite unavoidable? He replied: He who dies without associating anyone with Allah would (necessarily) enter Paradise and he who dies associating anything with Allah would enter the (Fire of) Hell. (Using translation from Muslim 93a)

أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا الْمُوجِبَتَانِ؟ قَالَ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ دَخَلَ النَّارَ

[AI] "And he was one of the companions of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , who said, the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, 'Whoever meets Allah without associating anything with Him shall enter Paradise, even if he has committed adultery or theft'."

وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الرَّسُولِ ﷺ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

[AI] "About the Prophet ﷺ, he said: I heard him say that a caller came to me from my Lord and gave me glad tidings that the Mahdi is coming. Indeed, whoever dies from my Ummah (Muslim community) without associating partners with Allah will enter Paradise. I asked: What if he committed adultery or theft? He replied: Even if he committed adultery or theft."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ أَتَانِي آتٍ مِنْ رَبِّي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَوْ قَالَ فَبَشَّرَنِي شَكَّ مَهْدِيٌّ أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْسَرَقَ؟ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

Gabriel came to me and gave me the tidings: Verily he who died amongst your Ummah without associating anything with Allah would enter Paradise. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ بَشَّرَنِي جِبْرِيلُ أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, "O Mu'adh, whoever dies while not associating anything with Allah, shall enter Paradise."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ يَا مُعَاذُ مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

[AI] On the authority of Salamah bin Nuaim, who was one of the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever meets Allah without associating anything with Him will enter Paradise, even if he committed adultery or theft."

عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الرَّسُولِ ﷺ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Whoever from my Ummah dies without associating anything with Allah, will enter Paradise, except for whom my companion Abi Darda dislikes."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا أَنَّ فِيهِ وَإِنْ رَغِمَ أَنْفُ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ

[AI] The messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever says, 'There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah,' will enter Paradise." So I asked, "Even if he commits adultery or steals?" He replied, "Even if he commits adultery or steals."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ» فَقُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ «وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ»

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Jibril came to me and gave me glad tidings, that whoever dies without associating anything with Allah, then he will enter Paradise. I said: "Even if he commits adultery and theft?" He said: "Yes." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2644)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ»

قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ قَالَ لِي جِبْرِيلُ إِنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلِ النَّارَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زِنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زِنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ إنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ نَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ نَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ وَاصِلٍ عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِنَحْوِهِ

The Prophet ﷺ said, Gabriel came to me and gave me the glad tidings that anyone who died without worshipping anything besides Allah, would enter Paradise. I asked (Gabriel), 'Even if he committed theft, and even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse?' He said, '(Yes), even if he committed theft, and even if he Committed illegal sexual intercourse." (Using translation from Bukhārī 7487)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ» قُلْتُ وَإِنْ سَرَقَ وَإِنْ زَنَى؟ قَالَ «وَإِنْ سَرَقَ وَإِنْ زَنَى»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَانِي فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ «وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟» قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

[AI] Jibreel came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Muhammad, inform your nation that whoever among them dies while testifying that there is no god but Allah will enter Paradise." It was said, "Even if he commits adultery or steals?" He said, "Even if he commits adultery or steals."

جَاءَ جِبْرِيلُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ خَبِّرْ أُمَّتَكَ أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْهُمْ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قِيلَ «وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟» قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ, meaning he said, "Indeed, Gabriel came to me and gave me glad tidings that whoever dies from my ummah without associating anything with Allah, will have Paradise." I said, "Even if he committed adultery or theft?" He said, "Yes." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, does Gabriel himself say this, that even if he committed adultery or theft?" He said, "Yes." Al-Hasan ibn 'Ubaid Allah contradicted them.

النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَإِنَّهُ يَعْنِي قَالَ إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَانِي فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا فَلَهُ الْجَنَّةُ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ يَقُولُ يَعْنِي جِبْرِيلَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ خَالَفَهُمَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, even if he commits adultery and theft?" He replied, "Yes, even if he commits adultery and theft two or three times, and even if Abu Darda's nose is rubbed in it." [413] It was reported by 'Isa ibn 'Abdullah ibn Malik.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ» قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا وَإِنْ رَغِمَ أَنْفُ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ» [413] تَابَعَهُ عِيسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed, Jibril came to me and gave me glad tidings that whoever from my nation dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." I said: "Even if he committed adultery or theft?" He said: "Even if he committed adultery or theft." Sulaiman, referring to Zaid ibn Wahb, said: "This hadith is only narrated from Abu Darda." He said: "As for me, I heard it from Abu Dhar."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَانِي فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَا وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَا وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي لِزَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ إِنَّمَا يُرْوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ أَمَّا أَنَا فَسَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ

I asked, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft?" He replied, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft." "أتانى جبريلُ فبَّشرنى أنَّه من مات من أمتَّك لا يشرك بالله شيئًا دخلَ الجنّة، فقلت: وإن زَنى وإنْ سرقَ؟ قال: وإن زَنى وإنْ سرق".

"أتانى جبريل فقال: بشِّر أمتَك أنَّه من مات لا يشركُ بالله شيئًا دخل الجنّةَ، قلت يا جبريلُ وإن سِرَقَ وإن زَنَى؟ قال: نعم. قلت وإن سرق وإن زنى؟ قال: نعم. قلت: وإن سرقَ وإن زَنَى؟ قال: نعم. وإن شرب الخمر".

"بَشَّرَنِى جبْرِيلُ بَأنَّ مَنْ مَات مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ -لَا يُشْرك بِاللهِ شَيئًا- دَخَلَ الجَنَّةَ (قَال أَبُو ذَرِّ الغِفَارى: فَقُلتُ: يَا رَسُول اللهِ! وإن زنى وإن سَرَق؟ قَال: وإن زَنَى، وَإن سَرَقَ، ثَلاثَ مَرَّات، وَإن رَغِمَ أَنْفُ أَبِي ذَرٍّ".

"قَال لي جبْرِيل: مَن مات مِن أمَتِك لَا يشرِك بالله شَيئًا دَخَلَ الجَنَّةَ، قُلتُ: وَإنْ زَنى، وإن سرَق, قَال: وَإن ........ ".

"مَنْ لَقِيَ الله لا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيئًا، دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَإنْ زَنَى وإِنْ سَرَقَ".

"يَا مُعَاذُ: مَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّه شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الجَنَّةَ، قَالَ: أَلَا أخْبِرُ النَّاسَ؟ قَالَ: دَعْهُمْ فَليَتَنَافَسُوا فِى الأَعْمَالِ، فَإِنِّى أَخَاف أَنْ يَتَكِلُوا".

"عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إلى النَّبِىِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَارَسُولَ الله: مَا المُوجبَتَانِ؟ قَالَ: مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِالله شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الجَنَّةَ، وَمَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِالله شَيْئًا دخل النَّار".
