The Prophet ﷺ said, Gabriel came to me and gave me the glad tidings that anyone who died without worshipping anything besides Allah, would enter Paradise. I asked (Gabriel), 'Even if he committed theft, and even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse?' He said, '(Yes), even if he committed theft, and even if he Committed illegal sexual intercourse."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ سَرَقَ وَإِنْ زَنَى قَالَ وَإِنْ سَرَقَ وَإِنْ زَنَى

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Someone came to me from my Lord and gave me the news (or good tidings) that if any of my followers dies worshipping none (in any way) along with Allah, he will enter Paradise." I asked, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft?" He replied, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَتَانِي آتٍ مِنْ رَبِّي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَوْ قَالَ بَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Gabriel said to me, 'Whoever amongst your followers die without having worshipped others besides Allah, will enter Paradise (or will not enter the (Hell) Fire)." The Prophet ﷺ asked. "Even if he has committed illegal sexual intercourse or theft?" He replied, "Even then."

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ قَالَ لِي جِبْرِيلُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلِ النَّارَ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ وَإِنْ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Jibril came to me and gave me glad tidings, that whoever dies without associating anything with Allah, then he will enter Paradise. I said: "Even if he commits adultery and theft?" He said: "Yes."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ نَعَمْ

Gabriel came to me and gave me the tidings: Verily he who died amongst your Ummah without associating anything with Allah would enter Paradise. I (the narrator) said: Even if he committed adultery and theft. He (the Holy Prophet) said: (Yes), even if he committed adultery and theft. (Using translation from Muslim 94a)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ بَشَّرَنِي جِبْرِيلُ أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

[Machine] "About the Prophet ﷺ, he said: I heard him say that a caller came to me from my Lord and gave me glad tidings that the Mahdi is coming. Indeed, whoever dies from my Ummah (Muslim community) without associating partners with Allah will enter Paradise. I asked: What if he committed adultery or theft? He replied: Even if he committed adultery or theft."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ أَتَانِي آتٍ مِنْ رَبِّي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَوْ قَالَ فَبَشَّرَنِي شَكَّ مَهْدِيٌّ أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْسَرَقَ؟ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Jibril came to me and gave me glad tidings, that whoever dies without associating anything with Allah, then he will enter Paradise. I said: "Even if he commits adultery and theft?" He said: "Yes." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2644)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَانِي فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ «وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟» قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

[Machine] Jibreel came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Muhammad, inform your nation that whoever among them dies while testifying that there is no god but Allah will enter Paradise." It was said, "Even if he commits adultery or steals?" He said, "Even if he commits adultery or steals."

جَاءَ جِبْرِيلُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ خَبِّرْ أُمَّتَكَ أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْهُمْ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قِيلَ «وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟» قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ, meaning he said, "Indeed, Gabriel came to me and gave me glad tidings that whoever dies from my ummah without associating anything with Allah, will have Paradise." I said, "Even if he committed adultery or theft?" He said, "Yes." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, does Gabriel himself say this, that even if he committed adultery or theft?" He said, "Yes." Al-Hasan ibn 'Ubaid Allah contradicted them.

النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَإِنَّهُ يَعْنِي قَالَ إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَانِي فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا فَلَهُ الْجَنَّةُ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ يَقُولُ يَعْنِي جِبْرِيلَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ خَالَفَهُمَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed, Jibril came to me and gave me glad tidings that whoever from my nation dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." I said: "Even if he committed adultery or theft?" He said: "Even if he committed adultery or theft." Sulaiman, referring to Zaid ibn Wahb, said: "This hadith is only narrated from Abu Darda." He said: "As for me, I heard it from Abu Dhar."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَانِي فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زَنَا وَإِنْ سَرَقَ؟ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَا وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي لِزَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ إِنَّمَا يُرْوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ أَمَّا أَنَا فَسَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ

أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فَبَشَّرَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زِنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ إنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ نَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ نَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ وَاصِلٍ عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِنَحْوِهِ

اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِي جِبْرِيلُ إِنَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلِ النَّارَ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ زِنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ قَالَ وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ

"أتانى جبريلُ فبَّشرنى أنَّه من مات من أمتَّك لا يشرك بالله شيئًا دخلَ الجنّة، فقلت: وإن زَنى وإنْ سرقَ؟ قال: وإن زَنى وإنْ سرق".

"أتانى جبريل فقال: بشِّر أمتَك أنَّه من مات لا يشركُ بالله شيئًا دخل الجنّةَ، قلت يا جبريلُ وإن سِرَقَ وإن زَنَى؟ قال: نعم. قلت وإن سرق وإن زنى؟ قال: نعم. قلت: وإن سرقَ وإن زَنَى؟ قال: نعم. وإن شرب الخمر".

"قَال لي جبْرِيل: مَن مات مِن أمَتِك لَا يشرِك بالله شَيئًا دَخَلَ الجَنَّةَ، قُلتُ: وَإنْ زَنى، وإن سرَق, قَال: وَإن ........ ".

"بَشَّرَنِى جبْرِيلُ بَأنَّ مَنْ مَات مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ -لَا يُشْرك بِاللهِ شَيئًا- دَخَلَ الجَنَّةَ (قَال أَبُو ذَرِّ الغِفَارى: فَقُلتُ: يَا رَسُول اللهِ! وإن زنى وإن سَرَق؟ قَال: وإن زَنَى، وَإن سَرَقَ، ثَلاثَ مَرَّات، وَإن رَغِمَ أَنْفُ أَبِي ذَرٍّ".
