[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said to Mu'adh, 'Whoever meets Allah without associating partners with Him will enter Paradise.' Mu'adh said, 'O Prophet of Allah, shall I not give glad tidings to the people?' The Prophet ﷺ replied, 'No, for I fear that they may rely on it (and become complacent) or as he said.'"  

أحمد:١٢٦٠٦ – حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ ذُكِرَ لَهُ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِمُعَاذٍ مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ أَفَلَا أُبَشِّرُ النَّاسَ؟ قَالَ لَا إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ يَتَّكِلُوا عَلَيْهَا أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ

I was informed that the Prophet ﷺ had said to Muʿadh, "Whosoever will meet Allah without associating anything in worship with Him will go to Paradise." Muʿadh asked the Prophet, "Should I not inform the people of this good news?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "No, I am afraid, lest they should depend upon it (absolutely).

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise." Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Messenger of Allah, should I not give the people the glad tidings?" He said, "I fear that they may rely on it [i.e., on entering Paradise without doing good deeds]."  

الطبراني:١٧٢٧٤ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ ثنا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ
