65. Etiquettes of Judements

٦٥۔ كِتَابُ آدَابِ الْقَاضِي

65.58 [Machine] Who was called to judge a ruler? God, may His praise be exalted, said: "And when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them, at once a party of them turns aside." [Quran 24:48]

٦٥۔٥٨ بَابُ مَنْ دُعِيَ إِلَى حُكْمِ حَاكِمٍ قَالَ اللهُ جَلَّ ثَنَاؤُهُ: {وَإِذَا دُعُوا إِلَى اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِنْهُمْ مُعْرِضُونَ} [النور: 48]

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Whoever is invited to a judgement by the rulers and does not respond, then he is a wrongdoer. This is a directive."  

البيهقي:٢٠٤٨٥وَفِيمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الدَّاوُدِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ دُعِيَ إِلَى حَكَمٍ مِنَ الْحُكَّامِ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ فَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ
