[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Whoever is invited to a judgement by the rulers and does not respond, then he is a wrongdoer. This is a directive."  

البيهقي:٢٠٤٨٥ – وَفِيمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الدَّاوُدِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ دُعِيَ إِلَى حَكَمٍ مِنَ الْحُكَّامِ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ فَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ
