The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to a man at al-Baqi' while he was cupping on the 18th of Ramadan ; he (the Prophet) was holding my hand. Thereupon he said: A man who cups and a man who gets himself cupped break their fast. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Khalid al-Hadhdha' transmitted a similar tradition from Abu Qilabah through a different chain of narrators mentioned by the narrator Ayyub.

[Machine] "While I was walking with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in some streets of the city, eighteen days have passed from Ramadan, and he was holding my hand. Then, we passed by a man who was shaving his head, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'The one who is getting his head shaved and the one who is performing the Hajj can break their fast.'"

[Machine] I was with the Prophet ﷺ in Medina. He said, "That was during the eighteenth day of Ramadan, and I saw a man shaving his head (indicating the completion of Hajj). [Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came across a man who was performing the ritual of Ihram in Al-Baqi for eighteen days of Ramadan while holding my hand, and he said, "The one who performs the ritual of Ihram and the one who does Al-Mahjoon (partially shaving the head and leaving the rest of the hair) should break their fast."

So he said, "Has the person applying henna broken his fast, and the one it was applied to?"

[Machine] From Thawban, the servant of the Messenger of Allahﷺ he said that he went out with the Messenger of Allahﷺ for eighteen nights of Ramadan to Al-Baqi' (graveyard in Madinah). The Messenger of Allahﷺ looked at a man who was applying hijamah (cupping therapy), so the Messenger of Allahﷺ said, "The one who performs hijamah and the one who gets it done both break their fast."

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ once encountered a man who was fasting on the 18th of Ramadan, and I was with him. He said, "The one who observes ihtikaam and the one who practices tahajjud fast."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by during the 18th night of Ramadan and saw a man shaving his head. He said, "The one who is shaving and the one who is having their head shaved have broken their fast."

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to a man at al-Baqi' while he was cupping on the 18th of Ramadan ; he (the Prophet) was holding my hand. Thereupon he said: A man who cups and a man who gets himself cupped break their fast. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Khalid al-Hadhdha' transmitted a similar tradition from Abu Qilabah through a different chain of narrators mentioned by the narrator Ayyub. [Machine] I was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the eighteenth day of Ramadan when he saw a man performing at-tahajjum (a practice of rubbing the head with water during fasting). He said, "The one who performs at-tahajjum has broken their fast."
