The Prophet ﷺ never used bad language neither a "Fahish nor a Mutafahish. He used to say "The best amongst you are those who have the best manners and character." (See Hadith No. 56 (B) Vol. 8) (Using translation from Bukhārī 3559)  

الطبراني:١٣٦٨٦حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ قَالَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ قَالَ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ

«لَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَاحِشًا وَلَا مُتَفَحِّشًا»

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Ṣaḥīḥ.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خِيَارُكُمْ أَحَاسِنُكُمْ أَخْلاَقًا وَلَمْ يَكُنِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَاحِشًا وَلاَ مُتَفَحِّشًا  

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
