The Prophet ﷺ said: One should not take a false oath at this pulpit of mine even on a green tooth-stick; otherwise he will make his abode in Hell, or Hell will be certain for him.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَحْلِفُ أَحَدٌ عِنْدَ مِنْبَرِي هَذَا عَلَى يَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ أَخْضَرَ إِلاَّ تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ أَوْ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ النَّارُ
'Whoever swears a false oath near this pulpit of mine, let him take his place in Hell, even if it is for a green twig.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ حَلَفَ بِيَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ عِنْدَ مِنْبَرِي هَذَا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ أَخْضَرَ
I heard Abu Salamah say: I heard Abu Hurairah say: “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'No man or woman swears a false oath beside this pulpit, even if it is for a fresh twig, but he will be doomed to Hell.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَحْلِفُ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ عَبْدٌ وَلاَ أَمَةٌ عَلَى يَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ رَطْبٍ إِلاَّ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ النَّارُ
Yahya said, Malik related to us from Hisham ibn Hisham ibn Utba ibn Abi Waqqas from Abdullah ibn Nistas from Jabir ibn Abdullah al- Ansari that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'If someone swears a false oath near this mimbar of mine, he will take his seat in the fire.' "
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِنْبَرِي آثِمًا تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No one should swear falsely from my pulpit except that they will have a seat in the Fire."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَحْلِفُ أَحَدٌ عَلَى مِنْبَرِي كَاذِبًا إِلَّا تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ

لَسَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَحْلِفُ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ عَبْدٌ وَلَا أَمَةٌ عَلَى يَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ رَطْبٍ إِلَّا وَجَبَتْ لَهُ النَّارُ

[Machine] The messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever takes an oath at my pulpit while lying, he should occupy his seat in Hellfire."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَحْلِفُ رَجُلٌ عَلَى يَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ إِلَّا تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ أَخْضَرَ
[Machine] He informed him that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "No one should take an oath on a sinful oath while standing on my pulpit, not even if it is on green twigs, except that he takes his place in the Fire, or the Fire is made obligatory for him." Abu Dhamrah Anas ibn 'Iyad narrated this from Hashim ibn Hashim at this pulpit.
أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَحْلِفْ أَحَدٌ عَلَى يَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ عِنْدَ مِنْبَرِي هَذَا وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ أَخْضَرَ إِلَّا تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ أَوْ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ النَّارُ وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَهُ أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ هَاشِمِ بْنِ هَاشِمٍ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ
"مَنْ حَلَفَ بِيَمِين آثِمَة عِنْدَ مِنْبَرِي هَذَا فَليَتَبَوَّأ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاك أَخْضَرَ".
"لَا يحلفُ أحدٌ عَلَى المِنْبَرِ عَلَى يمينٍ كَاذبةٍ إِلا تَبَوَّأ مَقْعدَه من النَّارِ".
"لَا يحلفُ أحدٌ عندَ مِنْبَرِي هذَا على يمينٍ آثمة، ولو عَلى سواك أخضَر إلا تبوأ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ".
