" عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، قَالَ: مَرَرْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ الله ﷺ فِى ثَمانىَ عَشْرَةَ خَلَتْ منْ رَمَضَانَ، فَأَبْصَرَ رَجُلًا يَحْتَجِمُ بِالبَقِيعِ، فَقالَ وَهُوَ آخِذٌ بِيَدِى: افْغَمْ (أَفْطر) (ش) الحَاجِمُ وَالمَحْجُومُ ".

[Machine] "He (the narrator) mentioned that he was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the time of the conquest (of Mecca), and they passed by a man who had been observing I'tikaf in Al-Baqi' for eighteen days of Ramadan, while still in I'tikaf. The Prophet ﷺ said, 'The person observing I'tikaf and the menstruating woman are both fasting.'"
أَنَّهُ مَرَّ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ زَمَنَ الْفَتْحِ عَلَى رَجُلٍ يَحْتَجِمُ بِالْبَقِيعِ لِثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ وَهُوَ آخِذٌبِيَدِي فَقَالَ أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ
[Machine] I passed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for eighteen consecutive nights that passed from Ramadan, and he saw a man shaving his head. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The person shaving his head and the one getting his head shaved have broken their fast."
مَرَرْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي ثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ لَيْلَةً خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ فَأَبْصَرَ رَجُلًا يَحْتَجِمُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came across a man who was performing the ritual of Ihram in Al-Baqi for eighteen days of Ramadan while holding my hand, and he said, "The one who performs the ritual of Ihram and the one who does Al-Mahjoon (partially shaving the head and leaving the rest of the hair) should break their fast."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَتَى عَلَى رَجُلٍ يَحْتَجِمُ فِي الْبَقِيعِ لِثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ وَهُوَ آخِذٌ بِيَدِي فَقَالَ أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ
[Machine] Narrated by Thawban, the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, passed by Al-Baqi' on the eighteenth night that remained from Ramadan and he saw a man who was applying henna. So he said, "Has the person applying henna broken his fast, and the one it was applied to?"
عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْبَقِيعِ فِي ثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ لَيْلَةً خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ بِرَجُلٍ يَحْتَجِمُ فَقَالَ أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ
[Machine] I accompanied the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the eighteenth night of the month of Ramadan, and I saw a man shaving his head. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The one who is shaving his head and the one who has his head shaved have broken their fast."

[Machine] "While I was walking with the Prophet ﷺ in the eighteenth night of Ramadan, an interruption came and he saw a man shaving his head. He ﷺ said, 'The one who is shaving his head and the one who is getting his head shaved have broken their fasts.'"
بَيْنَمَا أَنَا أَمْشِي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي ثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ إِذْ حَانَتْ مِنْهُ الْتِفَاتَةٌ فَأَبْصَرَ رَجُلًا يَحْتَجِمُ فَقَالَ ﷺ «أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ»

[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ passed by during the eighteenth night of Ramadan and saw a man who was performing hijama (a form of cupping therapy). The Prophet said, "The one performing hijama and the one receiving it have broken their fast." Abu Ghifār followed his statement.

بَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ آخِذٌ بِيَدِي صَبِيحَةَ ثَمَانَ عَشْرَةَ خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ إِذْ حَانَتْ مِنْهُ نَظْرَةٌ فَإِذَا رَجُلٌ يَحْتَجِمُ قَالَ «أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by a man who was observing fasting for eighteen consecutive days in Ramadan. He said, "The one who observes fasting consecutively for eighteen days has broken their fast."
مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِرَجُلٍ يَحْتَجِمُ لِثَمَانَ عَشْرَةَ خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ فَقَالَ «أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ»
[Machine] We were with the Prophet (PBUH) during the time of conquest when he saw a man who had shaved off only eighteen days from Ramadan. He said, while holding his hand, "This man has broken his fast, as well as the one who plucked his hair."
