أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ»

نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbidding Muhaqala and Muzabana.
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ
It was narrated from Rafi' bin Khadij that the Messenger of Allah forbade Al-Muhaqalah and Al-Muzabanah.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ رَوَاهُ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ
"I asked Al-Qasim about Al-Muzara'ah, so he narrated from Rafi' bin Khadij that the Messenger of Allah forbade Al-Muhaqalah and Al-Muzabanah."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى
the Prophet forbade Mukhabarah, Muzabanah and Muhaqalah, and selling fruits until they were fit to eat, except in the case f 'Aray.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَبَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يُطْعَمَ إِلاَّ الْعَرَايَا
"the Messenger of Allah forbade Muhaqalah and Muzabana."(Hasan )
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ
the Prophet forbade Muhaqalah, Muzahanah, Mukhabarah and selling with an exception unless it is defined.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ وَعَنِ الثُّنْيَا إِلاَّ أَنْ تُعْلَمَ

It was narrated from Nafi' that Rafi' bin Khadij told 'Abdullah bin 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah forbade leasing arable land. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3914)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ جُنَّانِ

'Abd al-Rahman b. 'Uthman al-Taimi reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade taking into custody the stray thing of the pilgrims. (Using translation from Muslim 1724)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ لُقَطَةِ الْحَاجِّ»
that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited ˹doing˺ "sadal" (wrapping garments around oneself and having arms tucked inside during prayer). (Using translation from Aḥmad 8582)
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ السَّدْلِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ»
"I heard Ibn 'Umar say: 'We used to sell grain before it was ripe and before it was evident that it was free of disease and blight (by means of Al-Mukhabarah). «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الْمَقْبَرَةِ»

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «نَهَانَا أَنْ يُتَمَنَّى الْمَوْتُ لَتَمَنَّيْتُهُ»
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbidding homosexuality.
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ»
Nafi' reported that Ibn 'Urnar used to kill all types of snakes until Abu Lubaba b. 'Abd al-Mundhir Badri reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ had forbidden the killing of the snakes of the houses, and so he abstained from it. (Using translation from Muslim 2233e)
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ الْجِنَّانِ الَّتِي فِي الْبُيُوتِ»

«خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَهَانَا عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ»

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ»
[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade indulging in pleasure on the day of victory."
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ»
It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah forbade celibacy. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3213)
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْخُلْسَةِ وَالنُّهْبَةِ»
We testify that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade (the use of) gourds, green jars, receptacles smeared with pitch, and hollowed stumps of palm-trees. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3690)
