Aisha, (mother of the faithful believers) wanted to buy a slave girl and manumit her, but her masters said that they would sell her only on the condition that her Wala' would be for them. ʿAisha told Messenger of Allah ﷺ of that. He said, "What they stipulate should not hinder you from buying her, as the Wala' is for the manumitted."
أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ وَلاَءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
That Aisha, the mother of the Believers, intended to buy a slave girl in order to manumit her. The slave girl's master said, "We are ready to sell her to you on the condition that her Wala should be for us." Aisha mentioned that to Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said, "This (condition) should not prevent you from buying her, for the Wala is for the one who manumits (the slave)."
أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ وَلاَءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكِ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The wala is for the one who gives the silver (pays the price) and does the favor (of manumission after paying the price).
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْطَى الْوَرِقَ وَوَلِيَ النِّعْمَةَ
We are prepared to sell her to you on the condition that her right of inheritance would vest with you. She (Hadrat A'isha) made a mention of that to Messenger of Allah ﷺ whereupon he said: This should not stand in your way. The right of inheritance vests in one who emancipates.
أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ وَلاَءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
"We will sell her to you on condition that her loyalty (Walla) is to us," She mentioned that top the Messenger of Allah and he said: "That should not stop you. Loyalty belongs to the one who sets the slave free."
أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ الْوَلاَءَ لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّ الْوَلاَءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: The right of inheritance belongs to only to the one who paid the price (of the slave) and patronised him by doing an act of gratitude.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْطَى الثَّمَنَ وَوَلِيَ النِّعْمَةَ
that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "'Ali is from me and I am from 'Ali. And none should represent me except myself or 'Ali."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلِيٌّ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْ عَلِيٍّ وَلاَ يُؤَدِّي عَنِّي إِلاَّ أَنَا أَوْ عَلِيٌّ
Malik related to me from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that A'isha umm al-muminin wanted to buy a slave-girl and set her free. Her people said, "We will sell her to you provided that her wala' is ours." She mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said, "Don't let that hinder you, for the wala' only belongs to the one who sets free."
أَنَّ وَلاَءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لاَ يَمْنَعَنَّكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
[Machine] The translation of the sentence into English is: "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Loyalty is for the one who emancipates.'"

[Machine] She pledged her loyalty to us, so Aisha mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He replied, "Let that not stop you, for loyalty is only for those who set others free."
وَلَاءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ عَائِشَةُ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لَا يَمْنَعْكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
[Machine] They will have loyalty, so she mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , so he said to her, "Do not be prevented by that, for loyalty is only for those who have been freed."
يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْوَلَاءُ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لَا يَمْنَعْكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
[Machine] The loyalty is for us, so I mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said to me, "That should not prevent you, for loyalty belongs to whoever emancipates."
الْوَلَاءَ لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لَا يَمْنَعْكِ ذَلِكَ؛ فَإِنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
