[Machine] Ali said about the error: "One-fourth is a mistake, twenty-five are baseless, twenty-five are Laboon's daughters, and twenty-five are Makhaadh's daughters. 16153." Abu Abdul Rahman As-Sulami and Abu Bakr bin Al-Harith Al-Faqih narrated to us, they said: Ali bin Omar Al-Hafiz informed us, narrating from Al-Husayn bin Ismail, who narrated from Al-Abbas bin Yazid, who narrated from Wakee', who narrated from Sufyan, who narrated from Abu Ishaq, who narrated from Aasim bin Damarah, who narrated from Ali, that he used to say "the ransom for the error is one-fourth," and he mentioned it in this manner.  

قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ فِي الْخَطَأِ أَرْبَاعًا خَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ حِقَّةً وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ جَذَعَةً وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتُ لَبُونٍ وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتُ مَخَاضٍ 16153 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ قَالَا أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ثنا وَكِيعٌ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ الدِّيَةُ فِي الْخَطَأِ أَرْبَاعًا فَذَكَرَهَا بِنَحْوِهِ  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ has some statements that are independent and others that cannot be used as evidence in the same way.  

النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حَدِيثٌ مُنْقَطِعٌ وَآخَرُ لَا يُحْتَجُّ بِمِثْلِهِ  

[Machine] Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled in the case of the major.Diyah with thirty sons of laboon and thirty daughters, and forty grandchildren. He also ruled in the case of the minor Diyah with thirty daughters of laboon, thirty-one daughters and twenty sons of laboon. Ishaq ibn Yahya did not witness the worship of ibn al-Samit, so he is considered reliable.  

إِنَّ مِنْ قَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى فِي الدِّيَةِ الْكُبْرَى الْمُغَلَّظَةِ بِثَلَاثِينَ ابْنَةَ لَبُونٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ حِقَّةً وَأَرْبَعِينَ خَلِفَةً وَقَضَى فِي الدِّيَةِ الصُّغْرَى بِثَلَاثِينَ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ حِقَّةً وَعِشْرِينَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ وَعِشْرِينَ بَنِي مَخَاضٍ ذُكُورٍ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ فَهُوَ مُرْسَلٌ  

[Machine] About the Prophet, ﷺ , he said, "Whoever is killed by mistake, his blood money is one hundred camels: thirty pregnant she-camels, thirty one-year-old female camels, thirty two-year-old female camels, and ten male two-year-old camels." Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Rashid said, "He is considered weak among the people of Hadith."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قُتِلَ خَطَأً فَدِيَتُهُ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ ثَلَاثُونَ بَنَاتُ مَخَاضٍ وَثَلَاثُونَ بَنَاتُ لَبُونٍ وَثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةً وَعَشْرٌ بَنُو لَبُونٍ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ضَعِيفٌ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ
