[Machine] That the ransom is to be paid within three years.  

أَنْ تُنَجَّمَ الدِّيَةُ فِي ثَلَاثِ سِنِينَ  

[Machine] One hundred of all the species are taken annually, thirteen branches and a third, and a tenth of the trunk and a tenth of the roots. Al-Shafi'i said, "And the thickening, as Ata'ah said, is taken annually, thirteen branches and a third, and a tenth of the roots and a tenth of the trunk."
