٥١۔٢١ بَابُ تَفْسِيرِ الشِّجَاجِ وَمَدَارِجِهَا

[Machine] Imam Al-Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "The first type of injury is the superficial one, which only scratches the skin slightly. Then there is the deeper injury, which cuts into the flesh after breaking the skin. Then there is the injury that penetrates into the muscles but does not reach the bone. The dermis is a thin layer between the flesh and the bone, and any thin membrane is considered dermal. When the injury reaches this thin layer, and there is nothing left between the flesh and the bone except for it, it is called dermal. Then there is the exposed injury, which is when the skin is stripped away and is cut until the bone is visible, and this is called the exposed injury. Then there is the fractured injury, which breaks the bone, and the displaced injury which causes a dislocation in the bone. Then there is the damaged injury, which damages the bone marrow, and the severed injury, which reaches the brain and the spinal cord. Anything below the exposed injury is considered a scratch, and the bleeding injury is the one that bleeds without blood flowing from it."  

البيهقي:١٦٢١٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ قَالَ قَالَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَاسَرْجَسِيُّ فِيمَا قَرَأْتُهُ مِنْ سَمَاعِهِ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ التُّجِيبِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ ابْنُ أَخِي حَرْمَلَةَ ثنا عَمِّي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ

قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ الشِّجَاجِ الْحَارِصَةُ وَهِيَ الَّتِي تَحْرِصُ الْجِلْدَ حَتَّى تَشُقَّهُ قَلِيلًا وَمِنْهُ قِيلَ حَرَصَ الْقَصَّارُ الثَّوْبَ إِذَا شَقَّهُ ثُمَّ الْبَاضِعَةُ وَهِيَ الَّتِي تَشُقُّ اللَّحْمَ وَتَبْضَعُهُ بَعْدَ الْجِلْدِ ثُمَّ الْمُتَلَاحِمَةُ وَهِيَ الَّتِي أَخَذَتْ فِي اللَّحْمِ وَلَمْ تَبْلُغِ السِّمْحَاقَ وَالسِّمْحَاقُ جِلْدَةٌ رَقِيقَةٌ بَيْنَ اللَّحْمِ وَالْعَظْمِ وَكُلُّ قِشْرَةٍ رَقِيقَةٍ فَهِيَ سِمْحَاقٌ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتِ الشَّجَّةُ تِلْكَ الْقِشْرَةَ الرَّقِيقَةَ حَتَّى لَا يَبْقَى بَيْنَ اللَّحْمِ وَالْعَظْمِ غَيْرُهَا فَتِلْكَ السِّمْحَاقُ وَهِيَ الْمِلْطَاةُ ثُمَّ الْمُوَضِحَةِ وَهِيَ الَّتِي تَكَشَّفَ عَنْهَا ذَلِكَ الْقِشْرُ وَتُشَقُّ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ وَضَحُ الْعَظْمِ فَتِلْكَ الْمُوضِحَةِ وَالْهَاشِمَةُ الَّتِي تَهْشِمُ الْعَظْمَ وَالْمُنَقِّلَةُ الَّتِي يُنْقَلُ مِنْهَا فِرَاشُ الْعَظْمِ وَالْآمَّةُ وَهِيَ الْمَأْمُومَةُ وَهِيَ الَّتِي تَبْلُغُ أُمَّ الرَّأْسِ الدِّمَاغَ وَالْجَائِفَةُ وَهِيَ الَّتِي تَخْرِقُ حَتَّى تَصِلَ إِلَى السِّفَاقِ وَمَا كَانَ دُونَ الْمُوضِحَةِ فَهُوَ خُدُوشٌ فِيهِ الصُّلْحُ وَالدَّامِيَةُ هِيَ الَّتِي تَدْمَى مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَسِيلَ مِنْهَا دَمٌ
