٥١۔ كِتَابُ الدِّيَاتِ
[Machine] Two women from among these people fought, and one of them threw a stone at the other, hitting her abdomen and causing her death. She also miscarried a fetus. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the blood money should be paid by the family of the woman who committed the killing, and in the fetus there was a female or male slave. Someone asked, "How can we determine the responsibility of someone who neither eats nor drinks, speaks nor makes any sound?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "Just as Abu Huraira claimed, this belongs to the brothers of jinn."
