[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The eye is truly a right, and the one who has been wronged deserves justice."  

الطبراني:١٢٨٣٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا الْغَلَابِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ دُوَيْدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ يَسْتَنْزِلُ الْحَالِقَ»

‘The evil eye is real.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3507)   

الحاكم:٧٤٩٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ ثَنَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ دُرَيْدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ تَسْتَنْزِلُ الْحَالِقَ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذِهِ الزِّيَادَةِ صحيح

ذِكْرُ الزَّجْرِ عَنِ الْوَشْمِ إِذِ الْفَاعِلُ وَالْمَفْعُولُ بِهِ ذَلِكَ مَلْعُونَانِ

ibnhibban:5503 – Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman al-Sāmī > Aḥmad b. Ḥanbal > ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Maʿmar > Hammām b. Munabbih > Hadhā Mā > Abū Hurayrah Fadhakar Aḥādīth

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The evil eye is a fact," and he forbade tattooing. (Using translation from Bukhārī 5944)
