The Prophet ﷺ said, "The effect of an evil eye is a fact." And he prohibited tattooing.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ وَنَهَى عَنِ الْوَشْمِ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The evil eye is a fact," and he forbade tattooing.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ وَنَهَى عَنِ الْوَشْمِ

The evil eye is genuine.

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ

"The Messenger of Allah forbade Al-Haql (renting land in return for one-third or one-quarter of the produce)."

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْحَقْلِ

“The evil eye is real.”

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ

[AI] About the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , he said, "The evil eye is a reality, it brings down the predestined."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ تَسْتَنْزِلُ الْحَالِقَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The eye is a truth, the eye is a truth. It penetrates into the depths."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ تَسْتَنْزِلُ الْحَالِقَ

This tradition has also been transmitted by Sa'd (b. Abi Waqqas) from the Prophet ﷺ in a similar manner through a different chain of narrators. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1470)

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Umra (a gift given for life) is for the heir.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3716)

‘The evil eye is real.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3507)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ تَسْتَنْزِلُ الْحَالِقَ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "May Allah curse those who visit graves."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَعَنَ اللَّهُ زَائِرَاتِ الْقُبُورِ»

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The evil eye is a fact," and he forbade tattooing. (Using translation from Bukhārī 5944)

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ» وَنَهَى عَنِ الْوَشْمِ «

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ كَنْزٌ مِنْ كُنُوزِ الْجَنَّةِ»

"الْعَينُ حَقٌّ تَسْتَنْزلُ الْحَالِقَ ".
