The Prophet ﷺ said, "The effect of an evil eye is a fact." And he prohibited tattooing. (Using translation from Bukhārī 5740)
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ وَنَهَى عَنِ الْوَشْمِ
