[Machine] She said, "I said to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , 'I am traveling on a path that is not good.' He said, 'Is not what comes after it better than it?' She said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Indeed, this will take away that.'"

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ woke up from his sleep laughing, so I asked him, "Are you laughing at me, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "No, but there is a group from my ummah who go out as sailors in the sea. Their situation is like that of kings on thrones." Then he went back to sleep and woke up again laughing. So I asked him, "Are you laughing at me, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "No, but there is a group from my ummah who go out as sailors in the sea, but they return with little spoils forgiven for them." She said, "I asked Allah to make me one of them, so he prayed for her." Ata ibn Yasir said, "I saw her with a group of sailors, led by Munther ibn Zubair, going to the land of Rum, and she died there."

16.66 [Machine] Umm Hisham bint Harithah bin Al-Nu'man
[Machine] Our oven and the oven of the Prophet ﷺ were one, so I only memorized [Surah] Qaf from him as he used to recite it.
"Our oven and the oven of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ were the same for two years, or for one year and part of a year. And I only learned "Surah Qaf. By the Glorious Quran" from the tongue of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who used to recited it every Friday from the Minbar, when he addresses the people." (Using translation from Muslim 873b)
16.67 [Machine] Mother of Alaa Al-Ansari
[Machine] Um Al-Ala, a woman from their women, said that Ya'qub informed her that she gave her allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . Then Uthman ibn Mazh'un fell ill in As-Sukhna. Ya'qub said that he flew to them in As-Sukhna when the Ansar were deciding on the dwelling place of the Muhajireen. Um Al-Ala said that Uthman ibn Mazh'un complained to us, so we nursed him until he passed away. We then shrouded him in his burial garments. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon us, and I said, "May the mercy of Allah be upon you, Abu…".
[Machine] He said, "I do not know what will be done to me and to you, even though I am the messenger of Allah."
[Machine] Um Mukharijah bint Zaid, you have blessed the father of Sā'ib. Your best days are the best. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ heard this and asked, "Who is this?" She replied, "It's me." He ﷺ asked, "What do you know?" So I said, "O Messenger of Allah, it's Uthman ibn Mazh'un." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, Uthman ibn Mazh'un, we have only seen goodness from him. And this is me, the Messenger of Allah. I swear by Allah, I don't know what will happen to me."
16.68 [Machine] Um Abdulrahman bin Tariq bin Al-Qama
AbdurRahman reported on the authority of his mother: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed any place from the house of Ya'la,--the narrator Ubaydullah forgot its name--he faced the House (the Ka'bah) and supplicated. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2007)
[Machine] "When the Prophet ﷺ used to enter a place in his house, he would ascend by his genealogy Ubaidullah and face the Kaaba, then he would supplicate."
[Machine] "When the Prophet ﷺ entered a place from the houses, Ubaidullah would face the Kaaba and make a supplication. And I, along with Abdullah bin Kathir, used to do the same when we reached that place, we would face the Kaaba and make a supplication."

[Machine] She heard the Prophet ﷺ saying between Safa and Marwa, "Sa'y has been prescribed upon you, so perform Sa'y."
16.70 [Machine] Woman
[Machine] From a woman among their women who had prayed both Qiblahs with the Prophet ﷺ. She said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon me and said, 'Clean yourself but let one of you leave some of the kohl on her eyes, making her hand resemble a man's hand.' She said, 'I did not leave the kohl until I met Allah the Exalted, even though I used to apply kohl while I was eighty years old.'"
16.71 [Machine] The Bravery of Muslim Mother
[Machine] That the Prophet (PBUH) approached her while she was in a dome and said, "How beautiful it is! If there weren't a corpse in it." She replied, "So I started following him."
16.72 [Machine] Um Jamil, daughter of Al-Majallil.
[Machine] "I welcomed you from the land of Habasha until I reached the city, where I cooked a meal for you. The firewood burned out and I went out to get some more. I returned to find you, O Messenger of Allah, and I said, 'May my parents be sacrificed for you! This is Muhammad ibn Hattab.' You spat in your hand and wiped it over my head, made supplication for me, and then spat into my hands, saying, 'Go, you are healed. You are the Lord of the people's ailment, and the Healer; there is no cure except through You, and Your cure leaves no illness.'"

16.73 [Machine] Asmaa bint Amis
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: "O Ali, you are to me like Harun was to Musa, except that there will be no prophet after me."
[Machine] When Ja'far was injured, the Prophet ﷺ came to us and said, "Take three things from me, then do whatever you want." Abdullah narrated to us, and he said that Muhammad ibn Bakkar narrated to us, and he said that Muhammad ibn Talhah narrated to us the same.
[Machine] The first time the Messenger of Allah ﷺ complained was in the house of Maymuna. His illness became severe until he fainted. His wives consulted each other about his condition and decided to bleed him. When he regained consciousness, he asked, "What is this?" We said, "This is the action of women who came from here," pointing to the land of Habasha (Ethiopia). Among them was Asma bint Umays. They said, "We suspected that you were bewitched, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "Indeed, that is a disease that Allah ﷻ will not be cured of except by it. There will not remain anyone in this house except the one who will tend to me, except for 'Amr, the Messenger of Allah's uncle." He said, "Indeed, Maymuna bled me that day, and she was fasting out of determination for the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ intention."
“Asma’ said: ‘O Messenger of Allah! The children of Ja’far have been afflicted by the evil eye, shall I recite Ruqyah* for them?’ He said: ‘Yes, for if anything were to overtake the Divine decree it would be the evil eye.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3510)
[Machine] I was the companion of Aisha, who prepared her and brought her to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . I was accompanied by some women who said, "By Allah, we did not find anything with him except a small amount of milk." They said, "So he drank from it, then gave it to Aisha. The servant girl felt shy, so we told her not to refuse the hand of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and to take from it." So she took it out of shyness and drank from it. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Give it to your companions." We said, "We do not desire it." He said, "Do not combine hunger with lies." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, if one of us says she desires something but does not actually desire it, would that be considered a lie?" He said, "Indeed, lying is recorded as a lie until the lying is recorded as a lie."
16.74 [Machine] Mother of Umm Amara bint Kaab
"I heard a freed slave of ours called Laila narrated from [his (Habib's) grandmother] Umm Amarah bint Ka'b Al-Ansar, that the Prophet entered upon her and some food was brought to him. He said: 'Eat.' She said: 'I am fasting.' So the Messenger of Allah said: 'Indeed the angels send Salat upon the fasting person when (others) eat in his presence, until they finish.' And perhaps he said: 'Until they have eaten their fill.'" (Using translation from Tirmidhī 785)
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to us and we brought food for him. Some of those who were with him were fasting, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘If food is eaten in the presence of one who is fasting, the angels send blessing upon him.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1748)
16.75 [Machine] Humna bint Jahsh
Hamnah said my menstruation was great in quantity and severe. So I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for a decision and told him. I found him in the house of my sister, Zaynab, daughter of Jahsh. I said: Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who menstruates in great quantity and it is severe, so what do you think about it? It has prevented me from praying and fasting. He said: I suggest that you should use cotton, for it absorbs the blood. She replied: It is too copious for that. He said: Then take a cloth. She replied: It is too copious for that, for my blood keeps flowing. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I shall give you two commands; whichever of them you follow, that will be sufficient for you without the other, but you know best whether you are strong enough to follow both of them. He added: This is a stroke of the Devil, so observe your menses for six or seven days, Allah alone knows which it should be; then wash. And when you see that you are purified and quite clean, pray during twenty-three or twenty-four days and nights and fast, for that will be enough for you, and do so every month, just as women menstruate and are purified at the time of their menstruation and their purification. But if you are strong enough to delay the noon (Zuhr) prayer and advance the afternoon ('Asr) prayer, to wash, and then combine the noon and the afternoon prayer; to delay the sunset prayer and advance the night prayer, to wash, and then combine the two prayers, do so: and to wash at dawn, do so: and fast if you are able to do so if possible. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Of the two commands this is more to my liking.1 Abu Dawud said: 'Amr b. Thabit narrated from Ibn 'Aqil: Hamnah said: Of the two commands this is the one which is more to my liking.2 In this version these words were not quoted as the statement of the Prophet ﷺ; it gives it as a statement of Hamnah. Abu Dawud said: 'Amr b. Thabit was a Rafidi. This has been said by Yahya b. Ma'in. Abu Dawud said: I heard Ahmad (b. Hanbal) say: I am doubtful about the tradition transmitted by Ibn 'Aqil. She experienced prolonged non-menstrual bleeding during the time of the Messenger of Allah. She came to the Messenger of Allah and said: "I am suffering prolonged and painful bleeding." He said: "Fill it with a pad of cloth." She said: "It is worse than that, it is flowing copiously." He said: "Then bind yourself with a cloth and observe your menses for six or seven days, in the knowledge of Allah, then have a bath and perform prayer and fast for twenty-three or twenty-four days. Delay Zuhr and bring 'Asr forward, and take (one) bath for both, and delay Maghrib and bring 'Isha' forward, and have (one) bath for both. That is what I prefer of the two matters.'"
