The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone brings barren land into cultivation, it belongs to him, and the unjust vein has no right.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ

The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone surrounds a land with a wall, it belongs to him.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ

that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever revives a barren land, then it is for him."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, he will have reward in it, and whatever sustenance is consumed from it, it will be charity for him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَلَهُ فِيهَا أَجْرٌ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَافِيَةُ مِنْهَا فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, it belongs to him, and whatever is eaten from it by the animals is a charity for him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَافِيَةُ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ

[AI] And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever surrounds a piece of land with a wall, it belongs to him."

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever develops or cultivates a land that does not belong to anyone, he has the most right to it."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ عَمَرَ أَرْضًا لَيْسَتْ لِأَحَدٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا

Yahya related from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If anyone revives dead land, it belongs to him, and the unjust root has no right." Malik explained, "The unjust root is whatever is taken, or planted without right."

الله عليه وسلم قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever cultivates a land, it belongs to his heirs."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أُعْمِرَ أَرْضًا فَهِيَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, he will have reward for it, and whatever the welfare consumes, he will have reward for it."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَلَهُ بِهَا أَجْرٌ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَافِيَةُ فَلَهُ بِهَا أَجْرٌ»

[AI] From the Prophet (PBUH) who said, "Whoever revives a dead land, it belongs to him, and whatever the animals from it eat is considered as charity for him."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَحْيَى أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَوَافِي مِنْهَا فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ»

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحْيَا مَوَاتًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ فِي غَيْرِ حَقِّ مُسْلِمٍ فَهُوَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ وَالْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَى شُرُوطِهِمْ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever surrounds something, then it belongs to him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحَاطَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ لَهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever surrounds a land with a wall, it belongs to him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever surrounds a land with a wall, it belongs to him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Whoever revives barren land, he is more entitled to it."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, it belongs to him and does not belong to any unjust person."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ»

[AI] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "Whoever revives a dead land, he will have a reward in it and whatever the wild animals eat from it will be counted as charity for him."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَلَهُ فِيهَا أَجْرٌ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَوَافِي مِنْهَا فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, it belongs to him and not to any oppressive group." Yahya ibn Said and Laith ibn Saad opposed him.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ» خَالَفَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَلَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ

[AI] About his father, he narrates from the Prophet ﷺ that he said, "Whoever brings a dead land to life, it belongs to him and not to any unjust person."

عَنْ أَبِيهِ يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَا مَوَاتًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, he is the rightful owner of it and no unjust person has the right to it." Hisham also said, "The unjust person is the one who comes to the wealth of others and digs into it."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ قَالَ وَقَالَ هِشَامٌ الْعِرْقُ الظَّالِمُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ مَالَ غَيْرِهِ فَيَحْفِرَ فِيهِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever revives a dead land without right over a Muslim, it belongs to him and not to an unjust oppressor."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَا مَوَاتًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ فِي غَيْرِ حَقِّ مُسْلِمٍ فَهُوَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Whoever has control over something, he has more right to it, and there is no right for an oppressor over it."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحَاطَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The servants are the servants of Allah, and the lands are the lands of Allah. So whoever brings something to life from the dead lands, it is for him and not for any unjust oppressor."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْعِبَادُ عِبَادُ اللهِ وَالْبِلَادُ بِلَادُ اللهِ فَمَنْ أَحْيَا مِنْ مَوَاتِ الْأَرْضِ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ

[AI] The messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, it is more rightful for him, and there is no right for an oppressor."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحْيَا مَوَاتًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ

"العِبَادُ عِبَادُ الله والبِلادُ بِلادُ الله، فَمَنْ أَحْيَا مِنْ مَوَاتِ الأَرضِ شيئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ، ولَيسَ لِعرْق ظالمٍ حَقٌّ".

"مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا علَى أَرْضٍ فَهى لَهُ".

"مَنْ أَحَاطَ عَلَى شيْءٍ فَهُو أَحَقُّ بِهِ، وَلَيسَ لِعْرق ظالِمٍ حَقٌّ".

"مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً، فَهى لَهُ".

"مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهى لَهُ، ولَيس لعرْق ظَالِم حقٌّ".

"مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا ميَتةً، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِها".

"مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيَتةً، فَهُو أَحَقُّ بِها، وَلَيسَ لِعِرْق ظالم حَقٌّ".

"مَنْ أَحْيَا مَوَاتًا مِنَ الأَرْضِ في غَيرِ حقِّ مُسْلم فَهُوَ لَهُ، وَلَيسَ لِعِرْق ظَالِم حَقٌّ".

"مَنْ أَحْيَا مَواتًا مِنَ الأَرْضِ فَهي لَهُ، وَلَيس لِعِرْقِ ظالِمٍ حَقٌّ".

"مَنْ أَحْيَا أرْضًا ميَتةً لَمْ تَكُنْ لأحَد قَبْلَهُ، فَهى لَهُ، وَلَيس لِعِرْقِ ظالِمٍ حَقٌّ".
