[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, he is the rightful owner of it and no unjust person has the right to it." Hisham also said, "The unjust person is the one who comes to the wealth of others and digs into it."  

البيهقي:١١٧٧٥قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ قَالَ وَقَالَ هِشَامٌ الْعِرْقُ الظَّالِمُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ مَالَ غَيْرِهِ فَيَحْفِرَ فِيهِ
