that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever revives a barren land then it is for him, and there is no right for the unjust root."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَى أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقِ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ
Yahya related from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If anyone revives dead land, it belongs to him, and the unjust root has no right." Malik explained, "The unjust root is whatever is taken, or planted without right."
الله عليه وسلم قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Whoever revives barren land, he is more entitled to it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, it belongs to him and does not belong to any unjust person."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Whoever has control over something, he has more right to it, and there is no right for an oppressor over it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحَاطَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ
