The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone surrounds a land with a wall, it belongs to him.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ
that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever revives a barren land then it is for him, and there is no right for the unjust root."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَى أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقِ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, he will have reward in it, and whatever sustenance is consumed from it, it will be charity for him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَلَهُ فِيهَا أَجْرٌ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَافِيَةُ مِنْهَا فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, it belongs to him, and whatever is eaten from it by the animals is a charity for him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَافِيَةُ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ
[AI] And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever surrounds a piece of land with a wall, it belongs to him."
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever develops or cultivates a land that does not belong to anyone, he has the most right to it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ عَمَرَ أَرْضًا لَيْسَتْ لِأَحَدٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا
Yahya related from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If anyone revives dead land, it belongs to him, and the unjust root has no right." Malik explained, "The unjust root is whatever is taken, or planted without right."
الله عليه وسلم قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أُعْمِرَ أَرْضًا فَهِيَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ»
ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الْمُدْحِضِ قَوْلَ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا مَجْهُولٌ لَا يُعْرَفُ وَلَا يُعْلَمُ لَهُ سَمَاعٌ مِنْ جَابِرٍ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives a dead land, he will have reward for it, and whatever the welfare consumes, he will have reward for it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَلَهُ بِهَا أَجْرٌ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَافِيَةُ فَلَهُ بِهَا أَجْرٌ»

"مَنْ أَحْيَا مَوَاتًا مِنَ الأَرْضِ في غَيرِ حقِّ مُسْلم فَهُوَ لَهُ، وَلَيسَ لِعِرْق ظَالِم حَقٌّ".
"مَنْ أَحْيَا مَواتًا مِنَ الأَرْضِ فَهي لَهُ، وَلَيس لِعِرْقِ ظالِمٍ حَقٌّ".
"مَنْ أَحْيَا أرْضًا ميَتةً لَمْ تَكُنْ لأحَد قَبْلَهُ، فَهى لَهُ، وَلَيس لِعِرْقِ ظالِمٍ حَقٌّ".
