[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Whoever has control over something, he has more right to it, and there is no right for an oppressor over it."  

البيهقي:١١٧٧٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَحَاطَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ
