I heard Mu'awiya say (while delivering a sermon from the pulpit) that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: A group of people from my Umma will continue to obey Allah's Command, and those who desert or oppose them shall not be able to do them any harm. They will be dominating the peeple until Allah's Command is executed (i. e. Resurrection is established).

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لاَ تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي قَائِمَةً بِأَمْرِ اللَّهِ لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ أَوْ خَالَفَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ وَهُمْ ظَاهِرُونَ عَلَى النَّاسِ

When the people of Sham become corrupt, then there is no good in it for you. There will never cease to be a group in my Ummah who will be helped ˹by Allah˺, and they will not be harmed by those who forsake them until the Hour is established."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا فَسَدَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ فَلاَ خَيْرَ فِيكُمْ لاَ تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ

"I only fear for my Ummah from the misguiding A'immah." He said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There will never cease to be a group from my Ummah manifest upon the truth, they will not be harmed by those who forsake them until Allah's Decree comes."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّمَا أَخَافُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي الأَئِمَّةَ الْمُضِلِّينَ قَالَ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ يَخْذُلُهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A group of my Ummah will continue to prevail and they will never be harmed by those who forsake them, until the Hour begins."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A group of my Ummah will continue to adhere steadfastly to the command of Allah and those who oppose them will not be able to harm them."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي قَوَّامَةً عَلَى أَمْرِ اللَّهِ لاَ يَضُرُّهَا مَنْ خَالَفَهَا

His father said: "Mu'awiyah stood up to deliver a sermon and said: 'Where are your scholars? Where are your scholars? For I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: The Hour will not begin until a group of my Ummah will prevail over the people, and they will not care who lets them down and who supports them."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ إِلاَّ وَطَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرُونَ عَلَى النَّاسِ لاَ يُبَالُونَ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ وَلاَ مَنْ نَصَرَهُمْ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A group among my Ummah will continue to follow the truth and prevail, and those who oppose them will not be able to harm them, until the command of Allah comes to pass."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ مَنْصُورِينَ لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَالَفَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ ﷻ

[AI] "Indeed, the Prophet ﷺ said: There will always be a group upon the truth, unaffected by those who oppose them, until the command of Allah comes to them while they are in that state."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَزَالُ عَلَى هَذَا الْأَمْرِ عِصَابَةٌ عَلَى الْحَقِّ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ خِلَافُ مَنْ خَالَفَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَهُمْ أَمْرُ اللهِ ﷻ وَهُمْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "If the people of Syria become corrupt, there is no good in you. There will always be people from my nation who are supported and do not care about those who abandon them until the Day of Judgment."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا فَسَدَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ فَلَا خَيْرَ فِيكُمْ وَلَا يَزَالُ أُنَاسٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لَا يُبَالُونَ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "When the people of Sham (Syria) become corrupt, there is no good in you. And there will always be a group from my Ummah (nation) who will be victorious, and they will not be harmed by those who abandon or betray them, until the hour (end of the world) is established."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا فَسَدَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ فَلَا خَيْرَ فِيكُمْ وَلَنْ تَزَالَ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ

[AI] "I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, 'There will always be a group from my Ummah (nation) that remains steadfast on the truth, unaffected by those who oppose or abandon them, until the command of Allah (God) comes.'"

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ لَا يُبَالُونَ مَنْ خَالَفَهُمْ أَوْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللهِ ﷻ

[AI] "And I heard him say, 'There will always be a group from my nation who will be upon the truth, unaffected by those who oppose them, until the command of Allah comes while they are still in that state among the people.'"

وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ لَا تَزَالُ أُمَّةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلى الْحَقِّ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَالَفَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللهِ وَهُمْ ظَاهِرُونَ عَلَى النَّاسِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There will always be a group from my Ummah (Muslim community) who will remain steadfast upon the truth, victorious over those who oppose them, until the command of Allah comes and Jesus, the son of Mary, descends."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى مَنْ نَاوَأَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللهِ وَيَنْزِلَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ and Muhammad ibn Ja'far, Shu'bah narrated from Mu'awiyah ibn Qurrah, from his father, from the Prophet ﷺ who said, "When the people of Sham become corrupt, there is no good in you. A group from my Ummah will remain victorious and unaffected by those who betray them until the Day of Judgment comes."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا فَسَدَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ فَلَا خَيْرَ فِيكُمْ وَلَنْ تَزَالَ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If the people of Sham (Greater Syria) are corrupted, then there is no good in you. There will always be a group of people from my ummah (nation) who will be victorious, and they will not be harmed by those who betray them, until the Hour (i.e., the Day of Judgment) is established."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا فَسَدَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ فَلَا خَيْرَ فِيكُمْ وَلَا يَزَالُ نَاسٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لَا يُبَالُونَ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A group among my Ummah will continue to follow the truth and prevail, and those who oppose them will not be able to harm them, until the command of Allah comes to pass." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 10)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَلَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللهِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A group from my ummah will remain victorious on the truth until the Day of Judgment."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ»

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A group of my Ummah will continue to prevail and they will never be harmed by those who forsake them, until the Hour begins." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 6)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ خِذْلَانُ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ» *

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "There will always be a group of people from my nation who will be helped and protected by Allah. Those who betray them will not harm them until the Hour is established."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَزَالُ نَاسٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When the people of Sham (a region in present-day Syria) are corrupted, there is no good in you."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا فَسَدَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ فَلَا خَيْرَ فِيكُمْ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If the people of Sham (Syria and its surroundings) are corrupt, there is no good in you."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا فَسَدَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ فَلَا خَيْرَ فِيكُمْ»

[AI] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "There will always be a group of my Ummah who will remain steadfast in the command of Allah. Those who betray them or oppose them will not be able to harm them until the command of Allah comes and they will be prominent among the people."

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي قَائِمَةً بِأَمْرِ اللهِ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللهِ وَهُمْ ظَاهِرُونَ عَلَى النَّاسِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There will always be a group from my Ummah (nation) who will remain steadfast on the truth, visible and apparent, until the Hour (Day of Judgment) is established."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There will always be a group from my nation who are visibly upon the truth, not harmed by those who abandon them, until the command of Allah comes while they are in that state."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللهِ وَهُمْ كَذَلِكَ

"إذا فَسَد أهْلُ الشام فلا خيرَ فيكُمْ، ولا تزالُ طائفة من أمتى مَنصورين ما يضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خذَلهم حتَّى تقومَ السَّاعةُ".

"لَنْ تَزَال طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرينَ عَلَى الحَقّ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ أَوْ فَارَقَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأتِيَ أمْرُ اللهِ".

"لا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتي قَائِمةً بِأمرِ اللهِ، لا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ، وَلا مَنْ خَالفَهُمْ، حَتَّى يَأتِيَ أمْرُ اللهِ وَهُمْ ظَاهِروُنَ عَلَى النَّاسِ".

"لا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الحَق لا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ، حَتَّى يَأتِيَ أَمْرُ اللهِ وَهُمْ كذَلِكَ".

"لا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لا يَضُرهُمْ خِذلانُ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ الساعَةُ".

"لا تَزَالُ طَائِفَة منْ أمَّتِي قَوَّامَة عَلَى أَمْرِ اللهِ لا يَضُرُّهَا مَنْ خَالفَهَا".

"لا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرينَ عَلَى الحَقِّ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ".

"لا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الحَقِّ مَنْصُورِينَ حَتَّى يَأتِيَ أَمْرُ اللهِ".

"لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ إِلاَّ وَطَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِى ظَاهِرُونَ عَلَى النَّاسِ لاَ يُبَالُونَ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ وَلاَ مَنْ نَصَرَهُمْ".
