The Prophet ﷺ forbade the utilization of the price of a dog, the earnings of prostitute and the earnings of a foreteller. (Using translation from Bukhārī 5761)
أنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ»
Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade taking the price of a dog, money earned by prostitution and the earnings of a soothsayer.
عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ regarded illegal the price of a dog, the earnings of a prostitute, and the charges taken by a soothsayer.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ
The Prophet ﷺ prohibited taking the price of a dog, the earnings of a soothsayer and the money earned by prostitution.
نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ
The Prophet ﷺ forbade the utilization of the price of a dog, the earnings of prostitute and the earnings of a foreteller.
نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ
Aba Mas'ud al-Ansari (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the charging of price of the dog, and earnings of a prostitute and sweets offered to a kahin.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ
I heard Allah's Apostle ﷺ as saying: The worst earning is the earning of a prostitute, the price of a dog and the earning of a cupper.
سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ شَرُّ الْكَسْبِ مَهْرُ الْبَغِيِّ وَثَمَنُ الْكَلْبِ وَكَسْبُ الْحَجَّامِ
The Prophet ﷺ said: The earnings of a cupper are impure, the price paid for a dog is impure, and the hire paid to a prostitute is impure.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ كَسْبُ الْحَجَّامِ خَبِيثٌ وَثَمَنُ الْكَلْبِ خَبِيثٌ وَمَهْرُ الْبَغِيِّ خَبِيثٌ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ

"The Prophet said: 'The price of a dog, the fees of a fortuneteller and the gift of a female fornicator are not permissible."'
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لاَ يَحِلُّ ثَمَنُ الْكَلْبِ وَلاَ حُلْوَانُ الْكَاهِنِ وَلاَ مَهْرُ الْبَغِيِّ
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The worst of earnings arte the gift of a female fornicator, the price of a dog and the earnings of a cupper.""
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ شَرُّ الْكَسْبِ مَهْرُ الْبَغِيِّ وَثَمَنُ الْكَلْبِ وَكَسْبُ الْحَجَّامِ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَعَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ
The Prophet ﷺ forbade the eating of wild animals having fangs. (Az-Zuhri said: I did not hear this narration except when I went to Sham.) Al-Laith said: Narrated Yunus: I asked Ibn Shihab, "May we perform the ablution with the milk of she-asses or drink it, or drink the bile of wild animals or urine of camels?" He replied, "The Muslims used to treat themselves with that and did not see any harm in it. As for the milk of she-asses, we have learnt that Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the eating of their meat, but we have not received any information whether drinking of their milk is allowed or forbidden." As for the bile of wild animals, Ibn Shihab said, "Abu Idris Al-Khaulani told me that Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the eating of the flesh of every wild beast having fangs . أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَنَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ السِّنَّوْرِ
[AI] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ prohibited the price of the cat, which means it should not be sold.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abu Bakr ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Harith ibn Hisham from Abu Masud al-Ansari that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale price of a dog, the earnings of a prostitute and the earnings of a fortune teller. By the earnings of a prostitute he meant what a woman was given for fornication. The earnings of a fortune teller were what he was given to tell a fortune. Malik said, "I disapprove of the price of a dog, whether it is a hunting dog or otherwise because the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the price of a dog."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ يَعْنِي بِمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ مَا تُعْطَاهُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى الزِّنَا وَحُلْوَانُ الْكَاهِنِ رَشْوَتُهُ وَمَا يُعْطَى عَلَى أَنْ يَتَكَهَّنَ
Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade two sales in one sale.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ
Yahya related to me from Malik from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban and from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade mulamasa and munabadha. Malik said, "Mulamasa is when a man can feel a garment but is not allowed to unfold it or examine what is in it, or he buys by night and does not know what is in it. Munabadha is that a man throws his garment to another, and the other throws his garment without either of them making any inspection. Each of them says, 'this is for this. 'This is what is forbidden of mulamasa and munabadha." Malik said that selling bundles with a list of their contents was different from the sale of the cloak concealed in a bag or the cloth folded up and such things. What made it different was that it was a common practice and it was what people were familiar with, and what people had done in the past, and it was still among the permitted transactions and trading of people in which they saw no harm because in the sale of bundles with a list of contents without undoing them, an uncertain transaction was not intended and it did not resemble mulamasa.
أنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «نَهى عَنِ المُلامَسَةِ والمُنابَذَةِ» -[٦٦٧]- قالَ مالِكٌ: «والمُلامَسَةُ: أنْ يَلْمِسَ الرَّجُلُ الثَّوْبَ، ولا يَنْشُرُهُ، ولا يَتَبَيَّنُ ما فِيهِ، أوْ يَبْتاعَهُ لَيْلًا، ولا يَعْلَمُ ما فِيهِ، والمُنابَذَةُ أنْ يَنْبِذَ الرَّجُلُ إلى الرَّجُلِ ثَوْبَهُ، ويَنْبِذَ الآخَرُ إلَيْهِ ثَوْبَهُ عَلى غَيْرِ تَأمُّلٍ مِنهُما، ويَقُولُ كُلُّ واحِدٍ مِنهُما هَذا بِهَذا، فَهَذا الَّذِي نُهِيَ عَنْهُ مِنَ المُلامَسَةِ والمُنابَذَةِ» قالَ مالِكٌ: «فِي السّاجِ المُدْرَجِ فِي جِرابِهِ، أوِ الثَّوْبِ القُبْطِيِّ المُدْرَجِ فِي طَيِّهِ، إنَّهُ لا يَجُوزُ بَيْعُهُما، حَتّى يُنْشَرا، ويُنْظَرَ إلى ما فِي أجْوافِهِما، وذَلِكَ أنَّ بَيْعَهُما مِن بَيْعِ الغَرَرِ، وهُوَ مِنَ المُلامَسَةِ» قالَ مالِكٌ: «وبَيْعُ الأعْدالِ عَلى البَرْنامَجِ، مُخالِفٌ لِبَيْعِ السّاجِ فِي جِرابِهِ، والثَّوْبِ فِي طَيِّهِ، وما أشْبَهَ ذَلِكَ، فَرَقَ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ الأمْرُ المَعْمُولُ بِهِ، ومَعْرِفَةُ ذَلِكَ فِي صُدُورِ النّاسِ، وما مَضى مِن عَمَلِ الماضِينَ فِيهِ، وأنَّهُ لَمْ يَزَلْ مِن بُيُوعِ النّاسِ الجائِزَةِ، والتِّجارَةِ بَيْنَهُمِ الَّتِي لا يَرَوْنَ بِها بَأْسًا، لِأنَّ بَيْعَ الأعْدالِ عَلى البَرْنامَجِ عَلى غَيْرِ نَشْرٍ، لا يُرادُ بِهِ الغَرَرُ، ولَيْسَ يُشْبِهُ المُلامَسَةَ»
[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "There is no dowry for the adulteress, nor the price of a dog is permissible."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَحِلُّ مَهْرٌ لِزَانِيَةٍ وَلَا ثَمَنُ الْكَلْبِ»
"The Messenger of Allah forbade the price of a dog, the gift of a female fornicator and the fees of a fortuneteller."( Sahih) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4292)
«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَأَجْرِ الْكَاهِنِ وَكَسْبِ الْحَجَّامِ»
"The Messenger of Allah forbade (eating) animals that had been taken as targets, the milk of Al-Jallalah (animals that eat dung), and drinking directly from water skins." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4448)

[AI] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: "The dowry of a fornicator, the price of a dog, the earnings of a fortune teller, and the income of a blood money collector are all considered unlawful."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ مَهْرَ الْبَغِيِّ وَثَمَنَ الْكَلْبِ وَالسِّنَّوْرِ وَكَسْبِ الْحَجَّامِ مِنَ السُّحْتِ»
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade muzabanah, muhaqalah and thunya except it is known. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3405)
«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الثُّنَيَّا إِلَّا أَنْ تُعْلَمَ»

[AI] Narrated by Al-Qa'nabi, he said: "Layth bin Sa'd narrated to us from Ibn Shihab that Abu Bakr bin Abdul Rahman bin Al-Harith bin Hisham informed him that he heard Abu Mas'ood saying, 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the price of a dog, the dowry of a prostitute, and the earnings of a fortune-teller.'"
حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا مَسْعُودٍ يَقُولُ «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ»
