68.51 The earnings of a prostitute and the illegal wedding.
٦٨۔٥١ باب مَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَالنِّكَاحِ الْفَاسِدِ
[Machine] And Al-Hasan said, "If a person marries someone he is not allowed to marry without realizing it, they should separate, and she is entitled to what she has taken, and she has no one but him. Then he said to her afterwards, 'Pay her dowry.'"
وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ مُحَرَّمَةً وَهْوَ لاَ يَشْعُرُ، فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَلَهَا مَا أَخَذَتْ، وَلَيْسَ لَهَا غَيْرُهُ. ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدُ لَهَا صَدَاقُهَا.
