31. Musnad of Women (22/26)
I started with the names of the daughters and wives of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ from the narrations of the women that have reached us.
I listed their names in alphabetical order. I began with the daughters of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his wives so that no one would precede them. Fatimah, the youngest daughter of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the one he loved the most, was listed first out of love for the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and her, as these are the daughters of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ .

[Machine] The people took a year, and the Bedouins used to come to the city, and the Prophet ﷺ would command a man to take the hand of the man and invite him and entertain him. Then, one night, a Bedouin came and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a small amount of food and some milk. The Bedouin ate it all and did not leave anything for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . Then, he came back one or two nights later and started eating it all again. So, I said to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , "O Allah, do not bless this Bedouin who eats the food of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and leaves nothing for him." Then, he came back one night after embracing Islam, and he said, "Verily, the disbeliever eats in seven intestines, while the believer eats in one intestine."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , stood between the men and the women and said to the women, "When you hear the call to prayer of this Ethiopian man, say what he says."
[Machine] From the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , it is reported that "the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would have sexual intercourse with his wives while they were menstruating, and they would have a cloth tied around their knees or halfway up their thighs." This is mentioned by Ibn Jurayj from Ibn Shihab from Habib, the freed slave of Urwah, from Nudbah.
[Machine] On that day, he was lying in bed with his wife, and his maid Mishrah's daughter was with him. His wife asked him, "What is wrong with you?" He said, "This is what happens to me when I am in a state of impurity." She said, "So I went to Maymuna and told her." He said, "And she said to me, 'What does he do?' She said, 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to have intercourse with one of us while she was menstruating, and all she had to do was tie her waist-wrapper tightly around her thigh.'"
The Prophet ﷺ would contact and embrace any of his wives while she was menstruating. She would wear the wrapper up to half the the thighs or cover her knees with it. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 267)
[Machine] "Narrated by Maymuna, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , she said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to have intimate relations with his wives while they were menstruating, as long as they were wearing a waist-wrapper that covered halfway down the thighs or the knees.'"
[Machine] That the mole of Maymuna, the wife of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , looked and saw that his bed was separated from the bed of his wife, the daughter of Mishrah. So she returned to Maymuna and informed her of her return message. Then she said, "I saw his bed separate from mine, so I think there has been a separation between them." Maymuna said to them, "Go back to the wife of Ibn Abbas and ask her about it." So I returned and asked her, and she said, "There is no separation between us, but when I have my period, he separates his bed from mine." Maymuna sent a message to Abdullah expressing her anger towards him, and she said, "O Abdullah, do you prefer to go against the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ? By Allah, if a woman from her husbands wears a garment that does not reach the halfway point of her thighs, he can have intimate relations with her."

She said, 'I went to him and found that he had separated his bed from his wife, the daughter of Mishrah. I asked, 'Where is he? Is he angry with his wife?' It was said, 'No, but when she has her menstrual period, he separates from her.' So I went back to Maymuna and informed her of what I had found. She said, 'Pray for me.' So I prayed for her. She then asked, 'Are you envying what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to do?' By Allah, 'He used to have intimate relations with his wives when they were wearing waist coverings that reached halfway between the knees and the hips.'"

She then asked, "Oh my son, where is the menstruation on the hand?" The Prophet ﷺ used to enter upon one of us while she was reclining, being on her menses, and he would lean on her and recite the Quran.
