[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordained with an oath, along with a witness, and it was narrated from another perspective from Abu Hurairah.  

البيهقي:٢٠٦٤٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَامِرِيُّ مَدَنِيٌّ ثِقَةٌ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سُهَيْلَ بْنَ أَبِي صَالِحٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
