[Machine] I carried a load and went to the Prophet ﷺ , and I asked him about it. He said, "Stay until the charity comes to us, and either we will carry it or we will give it to you." He also said, "Asking is not permissible except for three types of people: a man who carries the burden of a people and asks until he delivers it, then he stops; a man who was struck by calamity that affected his wealth, so he asks until he reaches a sufficient life or a means of provision, then he stops; a man who is struck by poverty, so he asks until he reaches a sufficient life or a means of provision, then he stops. And any other than those mentioned cases of asking are deemed unlawful, O Qabisa, as the one who consumes unlawful things."
[Machine] "I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he said to me, 'O Qabeesa, what brought you here?' I said, 'My age has increased, and my bones have weakened, so I came to you to teach me what Allah benefits me with.' He said, 'O Qabeesa, whenever you pass by a stone, a tree, or a wall, say "Subhan Allah al-Azeem" with praise, and you will be protected from blindness, leprosy, and paralysis.' O Qabeesa, say, 'O Allah, I ask You for what is with You and grant me from Your bounty. Bestow Your mercy upon me and send down Your blessings upon me.'"
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Indeed, hospitality, providing for guests, and guiding the lost are from acts of kindness."
[Machine] He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Verily, 'al-'iyafa', 'at-tarq', and 'at-tiyara' are from 'al-jibt'." He said, "Al-'iyafa' is the screeching of birds, 'at-tarq' is drawing lines on the ground, and 'al-jibt' is Satan."
[Machine] About Kabeesah ibn Mukhariq and Zuhāyr ibn Amr, they said: When the verse "And warn your nearest kindred" (Surah Ash-Shu'ara, 214) was revealed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ climbed a mountain and stood on top of a rock and began calling out, "O children of 'Abd Manaf, I am only a warner, and my example and yours is like a man who sees the enemy approaching and goes to protect his family, fearful that they might overtake him." He kept calling out and raising his voice, "O morning hours!"
[Machine] Qubaisah ibn Muhariq and Zuhair ibn Amr said, "When the verse 'And warn your closest relatives' (Quran 26:214) was revealed, he (the Prophet Muhammad) mentioned something similar to it."
[Machine] The sun set, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out and performed two units of prayer. He recited in them for a long time until the twilight disappeared. He then said, "Indeed, the sun and the moon are two signs among the signs of Allah, by which He frightens His servants. So when you see that, pray as if you are praying the most recent prayer you have performed from the obligatory prayers."
[Machine] The sun set on the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and I was with him in the city, so he mentioned its significance.
