أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ»
Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of fruits till their benefit is evident. He forbade both the seller and the buyer (such sale).
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُبْتَاعَ
The Prophet ﷺ had forbidden the sale of fruits till they were ripe (free from blight).
عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ؓ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا
Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the selling of fruits until they were ripe. The Prophet ﷺ added, "It means that they become red ."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى تُزْهِيَ قَالَ حَتَّى تَحْمَارَّ
Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of fruits until they were clearly in good condition, he forbade it both to the seller and to the buyer.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُبْتَاعَ
Do not buy fruits (on the trees) until their good condition becomes clear.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ
Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbidding the sale of fruit until its good condition is obvious.
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ
Do not sell the fruits until their good condition becomes evident."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَبْتَاعُوا الثِّمَارَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Apostle ﷺ forbidding the sale of fruits until their good condition becomes evident and the purchase of dates for dates.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ
"Do not sell fruits until their condition is known. And he forbade (both) the seller and the purchaser (to engage in such a transaction).
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ

the Prophet forbade selling the harvest for a number of years (in advance.)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ سِنِينَ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of fruits till they were clearly in good condition, forbidding it both to the seller and to the buyer.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ
The Prophet ﷺ forbade the sale of fruits till they were clearly in good condition , and (ordered that) they should not be sold but for dinar or dirham except Araya.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fruit until it had started to ripen. He forbade the transaction to both buyer and seller.

[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ forbade selling fruits until their ripeness becomes evident, and that they should be sold within two or three years."

وَلَا تُبَاعُ ثَمَرَةٌ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fruits or palm trees until their goodness becomes apparent.
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ أَوِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ
"the Messenger of Allah forbade selling the fruit of date palms until they are fit to eat." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4525)
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺعَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not sell fruits of dates until they become free from all the dangers of being spoilt or blighted; and do not sell fresh dates for dry dates." Narrated Salim and ʿAbdullah from Zaid bin Habit' "Later on Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted the selling of ripe fruits on trees for fresh dates or dried dates in Bai'-al-'Araya, and did not allow it for any other kind of sale." "لَا تَبْتَاعوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاحُهَا، وَيَذْهَبَ عَنْهَا الآفَةُ".
"لا تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ".
"لا تَبِيعُوا الثِّمَارَ حَتَّى تَطلُعَ الثُّرَيَّا، وَيَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا".
" نَهَى النَّبِىُّ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْع الثمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا ".
"إِنَّ هذا المال خَضِرٌ حُلوٌ، فلا تبيعوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُو صلاحُها".
"نَهَى النَبِىُّ ﷺ عَنْ بَيعْ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا".
"نَهَى رَسُولُ الله ﷺ عَنْ بَيعْ الثَّمَرَةِ بِالثَّمَرَةِ، وَعَنْ بَيعْ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا".
"نَهَى النَّبِىُّ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُبْتَاعَ".
"نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُو صَلَاحُهَا".
