Medina is a sacred territory, so he who made any innovation in it. or gave protection to an innovator, there is upon him the curse of Allah, that of the angels and that of all the people. There would not be accepted on the Day of Resurrection either obligatory acts or supererogatory acts from him.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْمَدِينَةُ حَرَمٌ فَمَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِيهَا حَدَثًا أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لاَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلٌ وَلاَ صَرْفٌ

if a man becomes the client of any people without the permission of his patrons (i.e. those who have freed him), on him will be the curse of Allah, of angels and of all people; no obligatory or supererogatory worship will be accepted from him.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لاَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلٌ وَلاَ صَرْفٌ

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever causes fear to the people of Medina, Allah will cause fear to him. Upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. Allah will not accept any compensation or ransom from him on the Day of Judgment.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَخَافَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ أَخَافَهُ اللهُ ﷻ وَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Whoever fears Medina, Allah will fear him. Upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. Allah will not accept anything from him, neither charity nor justice."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَخَافَ الْمَدِينَةَ أَخَافَهُ اللهُ ﷻ وَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever claims to have a father other than his biological father, or supports those who have set him free but are not his guardians, he is under the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people, and their repentance will not be accepted from him until the Day of Resurrection. No compensation or justice will be taken from him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ وَالِدِهِ أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ الَّذِينَ أَعْتَقُوهُ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةَ اللهِ وَالْمَلائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلا عَدْلٌ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلٌ وَلَا صَرْفٌ

[Machine] The messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Al-Madina is a sacred place, from this point to this point. Whoever introduces an innovation therein or shelters an innovator, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. Allah does not accept from him any ransom or compensation." Hammad added: "No weapon of war should be carried in it."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْمَدِينَةُ حَرَامٌ مِنْ كَذَا إِلَى كَذَا مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِيهَا حَدَثًا أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا قَالَ حَمَّادٌ وَزَادَ فِيهِ حُمَيْدٌ لَا يُحْمَلُ فِيهَا سِلَاحٌلِقِتَالٍ

وَقَالَ مَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِوَالْمَلَائِكَةِ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever introduces something new in Medina, or offers shelter to innovators, or allies with those who oppose the rightful authorities, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. Allah will not accept any of his deeds or efforts."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَدِينَةُ مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِيهَا حَدَثًا أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوْالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَدِينَةُ حَرَمٌ فَمَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِيهَا حَدَثًا أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلًا وَلَا صَرْفًا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever claims to have a relationship with someone other than his biological father, or supports those who are not his legal guardians, those who have freed him from slavery, then upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people, until the Day of Judgment. His expenditures and testimonies will not be accepted."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ وَالِدِهِ أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ الَّذِينَ أَعْتَقُوهُ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةَ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ»

[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Whoever frightens the people of Medina, Allah will frighten him, and upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind. No compensation or ransom will be accepted from him.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَخَافَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ أَخَافَهُ اللهُ وَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ»

[Machine] Narrated by the Messenger of Allah, may ﷺ , that he said, "O Allah, whoever oppresses the people of Madinah and fears them, then conceal him, and upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind. Allah will not accept any compensation or justice from him."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ مَنْ ظَلَمَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ وَأَخَافَهُمْ فَأَخِفْهُمْ وَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا»

[Machine] On the authority of Ibn Khallad, who was one of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ, he said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever frightens the people of Madinah, Allah will frighten him, and upon him will be the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people. No compensation or restitution will be accepted from him."

عَنِ ابْنِ خَلَّادٍ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَخَافَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ أَخَافُهُ اللهُ وَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ»

[Machine] He informed him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever oppresses the people of Medina, Allah will make him fear, and he will be under the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people. No intercession or ransom will be accepted from him."

أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَخَافَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ ظَالِمًا لَهُمْ أَخَافُهُ اللهُ وَكَانَتْ عَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ»

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Medina is a sanctuary from that place to that. Its trees should not be cut and no heresy should be innovated nor any sin should be committed in it, and whoever innovates in it an heresy or commits sins (bad deeds), then he will incur the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people." أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ الْمَدِينَةَ حَرَمٌ آمِنٌ مِنْ كَذَا إِلَى كَذَا لَا يُقْطَعُ شَجَرُهَا وَلَا يُحْدَثُ فِيهَا حَدَثٌ فَمَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِيهَا حَدَثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The protection of Muslims is one, which is sought by the least among them. So whoever harms a Muslim, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. Allah does not accept any expiation or compensation from him.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ذِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَاحِدَةٌ يَسْعَى بِهَا أَدْنَاهُمْ فَمَنْ أَخْفَرَ مُسْلِمًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ ﷻ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا

اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ المدينة حرم ما بين لابتيها فمن أحدث فيها حدثا أو آوى محدثا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمْهُ يُرْوَى من حديث أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلا من رواية الأعمش عنه

مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا لَمْ يَعْهَدْهُ إِلَى النَّاسِ إِلَّا مَا فِي صَحِيفَتِي هَذِهِ الَّتِي فِي قَائِمِ سَيْفِي إِنَّ مَكَّةَ حَرَمٌ وَالْمَدِينَةَ حَرَمٌ فَمَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِيهَا حَدَثًا أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا

"مَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيه فَعَلَيهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ عَدْلٌ وَلَا صَرْفٌ".

"مَنْ تَوَلَّى مَوْلَى قَوْمٍ بغَيرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيه فعَلِيه لَعْنَة اللهِ وَالْملائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ".

"مَنْ أَخَافَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَة فَعَلَيهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ عَدْلٌ ولا صَرْفٌ".

"مَنْ أَخَاف أَهْلَ الْمَدِينة ظَالمًا لَهُمْ أَخَافَهُ اللهُ، وَكَانَتْ عَلَيه لَعْنَةُ اللهِ والْمَلائِكَةِ والنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ صرْفًا ولا عَدْلًا".

"مَنْ أَحْدَثَ حَدَثًا، أَوْ آوى مُحْدِثًا، أَوْ ادُّعِى إِلى غَيرِ أَبيه، أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيرَ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيه لَعْنَةُ اللهِ والْمَلائِكَة والنَّاس أَجمعين لَا يَقْبَلُ الله مِنْهُ يوم الْقِيَامَةِ صَرْفًا ولا عَدْلًا".

"مَنْ آذَى أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَة آذَاهُ اللهُ، وَعَلَيه لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلائكَة وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صرْفٌ وَلا عَدْلٌ".

"مَنْ ظَلَمَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ وَأَخَافَهُمْ فَعَلَيهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ (*) وَلا عَدْلٌ".

"المدينة حَرَمٌ من كذا إِلى كذا، لا يُقْطَعُ شَجَرُها, ولا يُحْدَثُ فيها حَدَثٌ، من أَحْدَثَ فيها حَدثًا أَو آوى مُحْدثًا فعليه لعنةُ الله والملائكة والناسِ أجمعين، لا يقبل اللهُ منه يوم القيامة صَرْفا ولا عَدْلا".

"اللَّهُمَّ مَنْ ظَلَمَ أهْلَ الْمَدِينَة وَأَخَافَهُمْ فَأخِفْهُ وَعَلَيه لَعْنَةُ الله وَالْمَلَائِكَة وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ منْهُ صَرْفٌ ولَا عَدْلٌ".

"اللَّهُمَّ مَنْ ظَلَمَ أهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ وَأخَافَهُمْ فَأَخِفْهُ، وَعَلَيه لَعْنَةُ الله وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ ولَا عَدْلٌ".

"ذِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَاحِدَةٌ يَسْعَى بهَا أَدْنَاهُم، فَمَنْ أَخْفَرَ مُؤْمِنًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعَنَةُ اللَّهِ، والملائكةِ، والنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لا يُقبَل منه يومَ القيامة صرفٌ ولا عدلٌ".

" عَنْ عَلىٍّ قَالَ: مَنْ تَوَلَّى موْلَى قَوْمٍ بِغَيرِ إِذن مَوَالِيهِ، فَعَلَيْه لَعْنَةُ الله والمَلاَئِكَةِ والنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لاَ يَقْبَلُ الله مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلاَ عَدْلًا ".

"عَنِ الحَسَنِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ: إِنِّى حَرَّمْتُ المَدِيَنةَ كَمَا حَرَّمَ إِبَراهِيمُ مَكَّةَ لَا يُحْمَلُ فِيهَا سِلَاحٌ لِقِتَالٍ: وَمَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِيهَا حَدَثًا أَوْ آوى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالمَلائِكَةِ والنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ".
