When 'Uthman b. 'Affan intended to build the mosque (of the Prophet) the people did not approve of it. They liked that it should be kept in the same state. Thereupon he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: He who built a mosque for Allah, Allah would build a house for him like it in Paradise.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا لِلَّهِ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِثْلَهُ

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He who builds a mosque for Allah, Allah would build for him (a house) in Paradise like it.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا لِلَّهِ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِثْلَهُ

" Allah would build for him a house in Paradise."

أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِهِمَا بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

"Whoever builds a Masjid in which Allah is remembered, Allah, (the Mighty and Sublime) will build for him a house in Paradise."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا يُذْكَرُ اللَّهُ فِيهِ بَنَى اللَّهُ ﷻ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

"I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'Whoever builds a mosque in which the Name of Allah is mentioned, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise.'"

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا يُذْكَرُ فِيهِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

"I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, Allah will build something similar for him in Paradise.'"

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ مِثْلَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah (from his own wealth), Allah will build a house for him in Paradise.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا مِنْ مَالِهِ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

The Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, like a sparrow's nest for Allah or even smaller, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا لِلَّهِ كَمَفْحَصِ قَطَاةٍ أَوْ أَصْغَرَ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever removes something harmful from the mosque, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ أَخْرَجَ أَذًى مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

Do not prevent the female servants of Allah from visiting the mosques of Allah, but they may go out (to the mosque) having no perfumed themselves. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 565)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَمْنَعُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ وَلْيَخْرُجْنَ إِذَا خَرَجْنَ تَفِلَاتٍ»

[AI] I have heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build a similar one for him in Paradise."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِثْلَهُ»

[AI] About the Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, even if it is as small as a sparrow's nest, Allah will build a house for him in paradise."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا وَلَوْ كَمَفْحَصِ قَطَاةٍ لِبَيْضِهَا بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: ʿWhoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, may He be glorified and exalted. Allah will build something like it for him in Paradise.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 434)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا يُصَلَّى فِيهِ بَنَى الله ﷻ لَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَفْضَلَ مِنْهُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, then Allah will build for him a house in Paradise broader than it."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا فَإِنَّ اللهَ يَبْنِي لَهُ بَيْتًا أَوْسَعَ مِنْهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever prays twelve voluntary prostrations, Allah will build a house for him in paradise."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ صَلَّى اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ سَجْدَةً تَطَوُّعًا بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ»

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever guarantees me (the chastity of) what is between his legs (i.e. his private parts), and what is between his jaws (i.e., his tongue), I guarantee him Paradise." (Using translation from Bukhārī 6807)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ تَوَكَّلَ لِي مَا بَيْنَ لَحْيَيْهِ وَمَا بَيْنَ رِجْلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ لَهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ»

"I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'Whoever builds a mosque in which the Name of Allah is mentioned, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 735)

أَنَّهُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا يَذْكُرُ فِيهِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever builds a mosque, Allah will build for him a similar place in Paradise."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ مِثْلَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ»

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah (from his own wealth), Allah will build a house for him in Paradise.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 737)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا وَلَوْ كَمَفْحَصِ قَطَاةٍ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ»

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, even the size of a bird's nest, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا وَلَوْ كَمَفْحَصِ قَطَاةٍ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَوْسَعَ مِنْهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever recites Surah Ad-Dukhan on the night of Jumu'ah (Friday) or on the day of Jumu'ah, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ قَرَأَ حم الدُّخَانَ فِي لَيْلَةِ جُمُعَةٍ أَوْ يَوْمَ جُمُعَةٍ بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, in which Allah's worshipers pray, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise better than it."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا يُصَلَّى فِيهِ بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَفْضَلَ مِنْهُ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever prays twelve rak'ahs (units of prayer) in a day, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise. And whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ صَلَّى فِي يَوْمٍ ثِنْتَيْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَمَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ»

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah (from his own wealth), Allah will build a house for him in Paradise.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 737)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ مَسْجِدًا بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ»

مَنْ بَنَى لِلَّهِ ﷻ مَسْجِدًا وَلَوْ مَفْحَصَ قَطَاةٍ بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

"مَنْ أَخْرَجَ أَذًى مِنَ الْمَسْجِد بَنى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا في الْجنَّة".

"مَنْ بَنى لله مَسْجِدًا بَنَى اللهُ لهُ بَيتًا في الجَنَّة".

"مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا يَبْتَغى بِه وَجْه اللهِ، بَنى اللهُ لَهُ مِثْلَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ".

"مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا يُذْكَرُ اللهُ فيه بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الْجَنَّة".

"مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجدًا يُذْكَرُ اللهُ فيه بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الْجَنَّة".

"مَنْ بَنَى لله مسجدًا بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَوْسَعَ منْهُ".

"مَنْ بَنَى للهِ مَسْجِدًا بَنَى اللهُ لهُ قَصْرًا فِي الْجَنَّة مِنْ دُرٍّ وَياقُوتٍ وَزَبَرْجَدٍ".

"مَنْ بَنَى للهِ مَسْجِدًا كَمِفْسَحِ قَطَاةٍ بَنَى اللهُ لهُ بَيتًا فِي الْجَنَّة".

"مَنْ بَنَى للهِ مَسْجِدًا -صغيرًا كَانَ أَوْ كَبِيرًا- بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ".

"مَنْ بَنَى للهِ مَسْجِدًا ولو كَمِفْحَص قَطَاة، بَنَى اللهُ لهُ بَيتًا في الجَنَّةِ".

"مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا لله كَمِفْحَصِ قَطاةٍ أو أَصْغَرَ، بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ".

"مَنْ بَنَى للهِ بَيتًا يُعْبَدُ اللهُ فِيهِ مِنْ مَالٍ حَلالٍ بَنَى اللهُ لهُ بَيتًا في الْجنَّةِ مِنْ دُرٍّ وَيَاقُوتٍ".

"مَنْ بَنَى للهِ مَسْجِدًا وَلَو كَمِفْحَصِ قَطَاةٍ لِبَيْضِها بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ".

"مَنْ بَنَى للهِ مَسْجِدًا يُصَلَّى فِيهِ، بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَفْضَلَ مِنْهُ".

"مَنْ بَنَى للهِ مَسْجِدًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ".

"مَنْ بَنَى للهِ مَسْجِدًا، بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا أَوْسَعَ مِنْهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ".

"مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا يُذْكَرُ فِيهِ اسْمُ اللهِ بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ".

"مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا لا يُرِيدُ بِهِ رِياءً وَلا سُمْعَةً، بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الجَنَّةِ (*) ".

"مَنْ صَلَّى فِي يَوْمٍ ثِنْتَيْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً، بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ، وَمَنْ بَنَى للهِ مَسْجدًا بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ".

"مَنْ وَسَّعَ مَسْجِدَنَا هَذَا بَنَى اللهُ له بَيتًا فِي الجَنَّةِ".
