15.02. Rest of the Women (15/15)
“There are no two Muslims (mother and father), three of whose children die before reaching the age of puberty, but Allah will admit them to Paradise by virtue of His mercy towards them.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1605)
[Machine] I entered upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the house of Umm Salamah, and she said, "O Messenger of Allah, do you think that women see in their dreams what men see?" Umm Salamah said, "By Allah, I revealed the matter to women," and she said, "Indeed, Allah ﷻ is not shy of the truth." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever sees that of you, let her perform Ghusl."
[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon her, and in her house there was a hanging water-skin. She said: So he drank from the water-skin while standing, and I leaned towards the mouth of the water-skin and cut it."
[Machine] "It was with the wives of the Prophet ﷺ while they were being transported by a driver. The Prophet ﷺ asked, 'Oh Anjasha, are you tumbling their carriage with the bottles?'"
Umm Sulaim, what is this? She said: It is your sweat, which I put in my perfume. Allah's Apostle ﷺ sweated in cold weather when revelation descended upon him. (Using translation from Muslim 2332)
[Machine] Um Salama, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , used to have conversations with her mother. One day, the Prophet ﷺ entered while they were talking and Um Salama asked him, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think if a woman sees her husband having intercourse with her in a dream? Should she perform ghusl (ritual washing)?" Um Salama commented, "May your hands be covered in dirt, O Um Salama! You have embarrassed women in front of the Messenger of Allah." Um Salama replied, "Verily, Allah is not too shy to state the truth. If we cannot ask the Prophet ﷺ about what confuses us, it is better for us to be blind. The Prophet ﷺ then said to Um Salama, "No, you are correct, O Um Salama. She must perform ghusl if she finds water." Um Salama then asked, "O Messenger of Allah, does a woman have any water?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "How can she be compared to her offspring? They are the counterparts of men."
It was narrated from Maimunah that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray on a mat. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 738)

[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "Whoever enters a house and says, 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created, nothing will harm him until he leaves it."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever enters a house and says, 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created, nothing will harm him in that place.' This is something that will continue to protect him until he departs from it."

"Indeed this wealth is green and sweet. Whoever gets what he deserves of it then he shall be blessed in it. And many a person who deals with what he wants for himself, from the wealth of Allah and His Messenger, gets nothing on the Day of Judgment but the Fire." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2374)

15.02.60 [Machine] Mother Tariq
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ came to Sa'd and asked for permission, but Sa'd remained silent. He asked again, but Sa'd remained silent once more. He asked a third time, and Sa'd remained silent again. So the Prophet ﷺ left. Sa'd sent me to him, and said that they did not prevent me from granting you permission, except that we wanted you to increase us. I heard a voice at the door asking for permission, but I did not see anyone. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, "Who are you?" She said, "I am Umm Mildam." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "You are not welcome, nor are you welcomed. Are you coming to accompany the people of Quba?" She replied, "Yes." He said, "Then go to them."

[Machine] On the day of Uhud or the day of Khaybar, Rāfiʻ threw alongside the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He said: I doubt an arrow in its tail. So he went to the Prophet ﷺ and said: O Messenger of Allah, remove the arrow. He said: O Rāfiʻ, if you wish, I can remove both the arrow and the feather, and if you wish, I can remove the arrow and keep the feather, and I will testify for you on the Day of Judgment that you are a witness. He said: O Messenger of Allah, instead remove the arrow and leave the feather, and testify for me on the Day of Judgment that I am a witness. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ removed the arrow and left the feather.

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the pulpit saying, "When you hear about an army that has been swallowed up nearby, then surely the Hour has cast its shadow."
[Machine] So I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ giving a sermon while he was pointing with his left hand and he said, "Oh people, if you hear of a collapse (or destruction) happening here soon, then indeed the Hour has cast its shadow."

[Machine] She saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ throwing the pebbles of al-'Aqaba from the bottom of the valley, and behind him was a person protecting him from the people who might hit him with stones. While he was throwing the pebbles, he said, "O people, do not kill one another. And when you throw, throw with stones similar to the size of the pebbles for stoning." Then a woman came to him holding her son and said, "O Messenger of Allah, my son is mentally ill. Please invoke Allah for him." He told her to bring him some water, and she brought him a small bowl of water from a mound of stones. He spat into the water and washed his face with it. Then he supplicated with it and said, "Go, wash him with it and seek cure from Allah." I said to her, "Give me some of it for my son." So I took a little with my fingers and rubbed it on my son's forehead. He became one of the best of people. Later I asked the woman about her son and she said, "All praise is due to Allah, he recovered completely."

[Machine] "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ throwing the Jamarat Al-Aqaba on the day of Sacrifice from the bottom of the valley, and he said, 'O people, do not kill each other. And when you throw the pebbles, throw them like the size of a fast-flying dart.' She said, 'He threw seven pebbles and then left without stopping.' She said, 'There was a man behind him who was protecting him from the people.' So I asked about him and they said, 'He is al-Fadl bin Abbas.'"

15.02.64 [Machine] Salma bint Qais
[Machine] Narrated by Salma bint Qais, who was one of the aunts of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , she prayed with him in both the Qiblas. She was one of the women of Banu 'Adi ibn al-Najjar. Salma said, "I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and pledged allegiance to him on behalf of some women from the Ansar. When he stipulated that we should not associate anything with Allah, nor steal, nor commit adultery, nor kill our children, nor bring forth any falsehood fabrications which we fabricate between our hands and feet, nor disobey him in ma'ruf (good actions)", Salma said: "He also said, 'Do not deceive your husbands.'"
Then we gave him our pledge of allegiance and left. I said to one of them (the women of our group): 'Go back and ask the Messenger of Allah ﷺ what cheating our husbands means.' She asked him and he replied, 'It means that you should take your husband's wealth and give it to someone else (as gifts).' "

I was one of those who washed Umm Kulthum, daughter of the Prophet ﷺ, when she died. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ first gave us lower garment, then shirt, then head-wear, then cloak (which covers the whole body), and then she was shrouded in another garment. She said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was sitting at the door, and he had shroud with him. He gave us the garments one by one. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3157)

15.02.67 [Machine] A Woman from Bani Ghifar
[Machine] About a woman from the tribe of Ghifar, who was given to me (i.e. married to me), she said, "I came to the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) in a state of ritual impurity (i.e. menstruation), along with some women from the tribe of Ghifar. We said to him: O Messenger of Allah, we wanted to go out with you to Khaybar, where you were heading, and nurse the wounded and help the Muslims with anything we could. He said: "Go out with the blessing of Allah." So we went out with him, and I was a young girl. The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) made me ride behind him on his camel saddle. The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) descended (from the camel) when it was still dark. I dismounted from the camel saddle, and noticed that there was some blood on it, which was the first menstruation I had. I folded it up and held onto the camel. I felt shy and embarrassed. When the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) saw what had happened to me and saw the blood, he said: "What is the matter with you? Perhaps you have your period?" I said: Yes. He said: "Sort yourself out, take a vessel of water, put some salt in it, then wash the blood off the saddle, then return to your camel." She said: When the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) conquered Khaybar, he gave us some of the spoils, and he took this necklace that you see hanging around my neck, and he gave it to me and put it on my neck with his own hand, and I swear by Allah, it has never left me since then, until he died. Then when she died, she left instructions that she should be buried with it, and when she had her period, she would put salt in the water of her ritual bath (ghusl), and she instructed that it should be put in her grave when she died.

I went to ask him about the meat regarding a young boy and a young girl, whether it is permissible for you to eat the male or female. He ﷺ said, 'I heard the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ saying, 'Honour the birds according to their places of residence.'"

She experienced prolonged non-menstrual bleeding during the time of the Messenger of Allah. She came to the Messenger of Allah and said: "I am suffering prolonged and painful bleeding." He said: "Fill it with a pad of cloth." She said: "It is worse than that, it is flowing copiously." He said: "Then bind yourself with a cloth and observe your menses for six or seven days, in the knowledge of Allah, then have a bath and perform prayer and fast for twenty-three or twenty-four days. Delay Zuhr and bring 'Asr forward, and take (one) bath for both, and delay Maghrib and bring 'Isha' forward, and have (one) bath for both. That is what I prefer of the two matters.'"
