[Machine] He said, "Then he met a young boy named Dhakwan, the son of Abu Amr, and he said, 'I met a helpful boy who is the son of Umm Salamah.'"
"Aishah and Umm Salamah, the wives of the Prophet informed me that the Prophet would find that it was Fajr while he was Junub from (relations with) his wives, then he would perform Ghusl and fast." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 779)
[Machine] The translation into English of the passage provided is: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wake up in a state of ritual impurity in Ramadan with his family, then he would cleanse himself and observe fasting."
[Machine] He heard Abu Huraira saying, "Whoever wakes up in a state of janaba (sexual impurity) without having had a wet dream should not fast." Abu Bakr and his son, Abdul Rahman, went and entered upon Umm Salamah and Aisha, and both of them said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wake up in a state of janaba without having had a wet dream, and then he would fast." Abu Bakr and Abdul Rahman went and approached Marwan and informed him of this. Then Marwan said, "I have made up my mind to ask both of you, when you went to Abu Huraira and told him about it, did he confirm it to you?" They said, "Yes." He said, "That is more reliable, for it was only Al-Fadl bin 'Abbas who informed me of it."
[Machine] The translation of the passage into English is: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wake up in a state of janabah (major ritual impurity due to sexual intercourse) and then fast throughout his day."
[Machine] He heard Abu Hurayrah saying, "Whoever wakes up in a state of janabah (ritual impurity after sexual activity) should not fast." Then Abu Bakr and his father, Abdur Rahman, went until they entered upon Umm Salama and Aisha. Both of them said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wake up in a state of janabah without having a wet dream, and then he would fast." Then Abu Bakr and his father, Abdur Rahman, went and met Marwan and informed him. Then (Marwan) said, "I have made a decision when you two went to Abu Hurayrah and informed him." So they went to Abu Hurayrah and informed him. He said, "Did they tell you this?" They replied, "Yes." He said, "They know better, it was only Al-Fadl bin Abbas who informed me."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: When any one of you is afflicted with a calamity, let him say: "Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un. O Allah, I seek reward with You for my calamity, and replace it with something better." When Abu Salamah was in his death throes, he said: "O Allah, compensate me for my loss with something better." When he died, I said: "Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un. O Allah, I seek reward with You for my calamity, and replace it with something better." She added: "I wanted to say: Replace it for me with something better than him, but I could not say that. When her waiting period was over, Abu Bakr proposed marriage to her, then 'Umar proposed marriage to her, but the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said to her: "Do not be hasty, O 'Umar. I will not withhold her from you, but I have not conferred a blessing upon her yet. Her children will be given to you." She said: "O Messenger of Allah, I have no need for children; rather I want to uphold the ties of kinship." 'Umar said: "I knitted together two garments for her, and stuffed them with a kind of grass, then the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , came and took her, and put her in her cradle in his room, and the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , was a modest and honorable man, and he would shy away from her, but he used to do that repeatedly." Then 'Ammar ibn Yasir, who was her foster brother through her mother, came and entered upon her, and he moved her cradle from his room and said: "Take away this tainted woman who was the cause of the harm caused to the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ ." The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , came in and put his hand on his forehead, and said: "Where is Zainab? What has Zainab done?" She said: "Ammar came and took her away." He said: "Then he married her to his own cousin and kin."

[Machine] And Sulaiman bin Al-Mughira bin 'Umar bin Abi Salamah said, "A messenger came."
I said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! Shall I get a reward (in the Hereafter) if I spend on the children of Abu Salama and do not leave them like this and like this (i.e., poor) but treat them like my children?" The Prophet said, "Yes, you will be rewarded for that which you will spend on them." (Using translation from Bukhārī 5369)
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ came to me with a reddened face. I thought this was due to pain, so I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I see you have a reddened face. Is it because of pain?" He replied, "No, but it is because of the seven dinars that were given to us yesterday and we have not spent them. I forgot them in the cushion."
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade making Nabidh in Naqir, Muzaffat, Dubba’, and Hantamah. And he said: ‘Every intoxicant is unlawful.”* (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3401)
“Hajj is the Jihad of every weak person.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2902)
[Machine] Her husband passed away, so she remained mourning for several nights. Subay'a (her friend) mentioned it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , so he commanded her to remarry.
“If food is ready and the Iqamah is being given, then start with the food.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 935)
[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I am a woman with very thick hair. Should I unbind it when performing ritual bathing from sexual impurity?" He replied, "It is sufficient for you to pour three handfuls of water over your head."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the afternoon prayer, then entered my house and prayed two units of prayer. I said, "O Messenger of Allah, you prayed a prayer that you do not usually pray." He said, "I had some money come to me that preoccupied me from praying these two units of prayer. I used to pray them after the noon prayer, but I prayed them now." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, should we make them up if we miss them?" He said, "No."
“I said to Umm Salamah: ‘O Mother of the Believers! What was the supplication that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said most frequently when he was with you?” She said: ‘The supplication he said most frequently was: “O Changer of the hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion (Yā Muqallibal-qulūb, thabbit qalbī ʿalā dīnik).’” She said: ‘So I said: “O Messenger of Allah, why do you supplicate so frequently: ‘O Changer of the hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion.’ He said: ‘O Umm Salamah! Verily, there is no human being except that his heart is between Two Fingers of the Fingers of Allah, so whomsoever He wills He makes steadfast, and whomever He wills He causes to deviate.’” (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3522)
[Machine] I have not forgotten what happened on the Day of the Trench, when his chest became covered and he gave them milk. He said, "O Allah, the best is the best in the Hereafter, so forgive the Ansar and the Muhajireen." Ammar approached and when he saw him, he said, "Woe to you, Ibn Sumayyah, the rebellious group will kill you!" I told him about Muhammad, and he said, "Is it not his mother that used to take care of the mother of the believers?"
[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, what about women?" He said, "They should shorten their garment by a handspan." I said, "So their ankles would be exposed, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "A forearm's length, and they should not increase it."
[Machine] Um Salama, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , narrated that she had gold ornaments around her neck. The Prophet ﷺ entered and turned away from them. I said, "Don't you look at her ornaments?" He replied, "I turn away from your adornments." He said, "They claim that even if one of you were to put a necklace of gold with a saffron seed, it would not harm her."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ swore not to visit some of his family for a month. However, when twenty-nine days passed, he either came or left. It was said to him, "O Prophet of Allah, did you not swear not to visit them for a month?" He replied, "Indeed, the month consists of twenty-nine days."
[Machine] "Umm Salama, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, said that it was a general recommendation of the Prophet of Allah ﷺ when he was on his deathbed to establish prayer, establish prayer, and take care of what your right hand possesses, until the Prophet of Allah ﷺ used to say it quietly to himself and his tongue would not stop repeating it."
[Machine] The translation of the given passage is: "The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , used to say, 'O Lord, forgive, have mercy, and guide me to the straight path.'"
[Machine] I was a woman with a long tail, and I used to come to the mosque dragging it. So, I asked Umm Salamah, I said, "Indeed, I am a woman with a long tail, and I come to the mosque dragging it on the dirty place, and then I drag it on the clean place." Umm Salamah said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If you pass on a dirty place and then pass on a clean place, then that is purifying.'"
[Machine] "Not until Abu Bakr comes," said Nu'ayman, a humorous and playful man. He said, "I will annoy you." So he went to some people who had brought a donkey and said, "Buy from me an Arab boy who is mischievous and articulate. Maybe he will say, 'I am a free man,' and if you abandon him, then leave me and do not ruin my boy." They said, "Rather, we will buy him from you for ten Qala'is." So he accepted the price, took the money, and led the donkey away. He approached the people until they began to realize. Then he said to the people, "You, don't worry about it. He's right here." The people came and said, "We have bought you." He said, "Swabita is a liar. I am a free man." They said, "We have been informed of your story," and they released the rope from his neck. They took him and went away. Abu Bakr came and was informed, so he went with his companions, returned the Qala'is, and took him back. The Prophet ﷺ and his companions laughed aloud at it.

(the wife of the Prophet) In the lifetime of Messenger of Allah ﷺ the women used to get up when they finished their compulsory prayers with Taslim. The Prophet ﷺ and the men would stay on at their places as long as Allah will. When the Prophet ﷺ got up, the men would then get up. (Using translation from Bukhārī 866)

The Prophet ﷺ said: Disagreement will occur at the death of a caliph and a man of the people of Medina will come flying forth to Mecca. Some of the people of Mecca will come to him, bring him out against his will and swear allegiance to him between the Corner and the Maqam. An expeditionary force will then be sent against him from Syria but will be swallowed up in the desert between Mecca and Medina. When the people see that, the eminent saints of Syria and the best people of Iraq will come to him and swear allegiance to him between the Corner and the Maqam. Then there will arise a man of Quraysh whose maternal uncles belong to Kalb and send against them an expeditionary force which will be overcome by them, and that is the expedition of Kalb. Disappointed will be the one who does not receive the booty of Kalb. He will divide the property, and will govern the people by the Sunnah of their Prophet ﷺ and establish Islam on Earth. He will remain seven years, then die, and the Muslims will pray over him. Abu Dawud said: Some transmitted from Hisham "nine years" and some "seven years". (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4286)

I said, "O Messenger of Allah, how can their demise be in one place while their sources are different?" He said, "Indeed, among them are those who are forced, so they will come (to the place) out of compulsion."

As for your saying that you have sons, your sons will be taken care of. And as for your saying that none of your guardians are present, none of your guardians, present or absent, would object to that." She said to her son: "O 'Umar, get up and perform the marriage to the Messenger of Allah," so he performed the marriage. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3254)

[Machine] When the migrants arrived in Medina, they married from their women, but the migrants would ask for their wives' consent while the people of Medina would not. So, a man from the migrants wanted to have relations with his wife but she refused until she could ask the Prophet Mohammad ﷺ . She went to him but felt shy to ask him, so she asked Umm Salamah instead. Umm Salamah revealed the verse: "Your wives are a place of sowing of seed for you, so come to your place of cultivation however you wish" (Quran 2:223). The Prophet also said that this could only be done through one opening. Waki Ibn Sabit, who was from the Quraysh tribe, also said the same thing.
