'The people will not finish attacking this House until it is attacked by an army which, when they are at Al-Baida', or a Baida' in the land, it will swallow from the first of them to the last of them, and the middle of them shall not be saved.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! What about those among them who are averse to it?' He said: 'Allah will resurrect them upon what was in their souls(intentions)."' (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2184)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَنْتَهِي النَّاسُ عَنْ غَزْوِ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ حَتَّى يَغْزُوَهُ جَيْشٌ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانُوابِبَيْدَاءَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ خُسِفَ بِأَوَّلِهِمْ وَآخِرِهِمْ وَلَمْ يَنْجُ أَوْسَطُهُمْ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَرَأَيْتَ الْمُكْرَهَ مِنْهُمْ؟ قَالَ يَبْعَثُهُمُ اللهُ عَلَى مَا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "An army will attack the Kaaba until they reach a desert land, and the earth will swallow the first and the last among them." Aisha asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what about those who are not part of them?" He replied, "The earth will swallow the first and the last among them, and then they will be resurrected according to their intentions."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «يَغْزُو جَيْشٌ الْكَعْبَةَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانُوا بِبَيْدَاءَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ خُسِفَ بِأَوَّلِهِمْ وَآخِرِهِمْ» قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَفِيهِمْ سِوَاهُمْ وَمَنْ لَيْسَ مِنْهُمْ؟ قَالَ «يُخْسَفُ بِأَوَّلِهِمْ وَآخِرِهِمْ ثُمَّ يَبْعَثُونَ عَلَى نِيَّاتِهِمْ»

[Machine] Al-Harith ibn Abi Rabia and Abdullah ibn Safwan entered upon Umm Salama and I was with them. They asked her about the army that would be swallowed up, and this was during the time of Ibn Zubayr. She said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'A person will seek refuge by entering the House, then Allah will send a wind, and when they are in an open plain of land, they will be swallowed up.'" She said: "O Messenger of Allah, will they be swallowed up with those who are reluctant?" He said, "They will be swallowed up along with them, but they will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection according to their intentions."

دَخَلَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ عَلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ وَأَنَا مَعَهُمَا فَسَأَلَاهَا عَنِ الْجَيْشِ الَّذِي يُخْسَفُ بِهِ وَكَانَ ذَلِكَ فِي زَمَانِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ فَقَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَعُوذُ عَائِذٌ بِالْبَيْتِ فَيَبْعَثُ اللهُ بَعْثًا فَإِذَا كَانُوا بِبَيْدَاءَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ خُسِفَ بِهِمْ» قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ يُخْسَفُ بِمَنْ كَانَ كَارِهًا قَالَ «يُخْسَفُ بِهِ مَعَهُمْ وَلَكِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى نِيَّتِهِ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "An army will wage war against this house until they are in an open plain on the earth and then it will swallow them." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, what about the innocent ones among them?" He said, "They will be resurrected according to their intentions."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَغْزُو جَيْشٌ هَذَا الْبَيْتَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانُوا بِبَيْدَاءَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ خُسِفَ بِهِمْ» قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَرَأَيْتَ الْمُكْرَهُ فقَالَ «يُبْعَثُ عَلَى نِيَّتِهِ»

“People will not stop attacking this House until an army attacks, until when they are in Baida’, the first and the last of them will be swallowed by the earth, and the middle of them will not be saved.’” I said: “What if there are those among them who were forced (to join the army)?” He said: “Allah will resurrect them according to what is in the hearts.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4064)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَنْتَهِي النَّاسُ مِنْ غَزْوِ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ حَتَّى يَغْزُو جَيْشٌ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانُوا بِبَيْدَاءَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ خُسِفَ بِأَوَّلِهِمْ وَآخِرِهِمْ وَلَمْ يَنْجُ أَوْسَطُهُمْ» قِيلَ فَإِنْ كَانَ فِيهِمْ مَنْ يَكْرَهُهُ؟ قَالَ «يَبْعَثُهُمُ اللهُ عَلَى مَا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ»

"يَغْزُو جَيْشٌ الْكَعْبَةَ؛ فَإِذَا كَانُوا بِبَيْدَاءَ مِنَ الأَرْضِ يُخْسَفُ بِأَوَّلِهِمْ وآخِرِهِمْ، ثُمَّ يُبْعَثُونَ عَلَى نِيَّاتِهِمْ".
