ذِكْرُ اسْتِحْبَابِ الْإِكْثَارِ فِي السُّؤَالِ رَبَّهُ جَلَّ وَعَلَا فِي دُعَائِهِ، وَتَرْكِ الِاقْتِصَارِ عَلَى الْقَلِيلِ مِنْهُ

ibnhibban:889al-Ḥasan b. Sufyān > Maḥmūd b. Ghaylān > Abū Aḥmad al-Zubayrī > Sufyān > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you asks, let him ask abundantly, for indeed he is asking his Lord."  

ابن حبّان:٨٨٩أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا سَأَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيُكْثِرْ فَإِنَّهُ يَسْأَلُ رَبَّهُ»
